In a quiet residence with a large swimming pool, garage and air conditioning is this bright flat on the mezzanine floor with its own green garden.
The flat consists of a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils, cutlery and glasses.
Bright living and dining room with direct access to the garden, cable TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, small desk, dining table, a single folding sofa bed and a double folding sofa bed.
Bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers with mirror.
It can accommodate a total of 5 persons with the double sofa bed and the single sofa bed in the living room.
Bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and washing machine. Hair dryer, clothes rack and iron.
Private garden with large table, chairs and sunshade, to enjoy the beautiful days outdoors.
Two deck chairs for lounging directly around the large communal pool to cool off and relax (Please bring a bathing cap).
Underground garage and an unnumbered parking space directly in front of the entrance to the residence.
The quiet, green residence is fenced off and the entrance to the flat is on the mezzanine floor.
It is an ideal flat for small families and for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda.

We really enjoyed staying in Bardolino. The apartment is a great size, very clean, and has parking and air conditioning. It's in a perfect location, just a short walk from two beaches and five minutes walk from the centre of Bardolino. The pool is excellent however we didn't know that swimming caps were required so we had to go and buy these before going in the pool. (It would have been good to have known this beforehand). Rosella is very nice and helpful and provided us with lots of useful information about the apartment and the local area. We couldn't really use the garden very much as it was a bit muddy while we were there.

Die FW liegt ruhig, aber zentrumsnah. Es gibt genügend Stellplätze vor der Anlage. Die Zimmereinteilung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küchenausstattung könnte um Töpfe ergänzt werden, damit man Pasta kochen kann. Pfannen waren reichlich vorhanden. Einziges Manko, das Duschen. Heiss und plötzlich kalt geht in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr. Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Wohnung war im guten Zustand. Lediglich die Liegen für den Pool müssten mal erneuert werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut , die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 5min. zu erreichbar.

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Gute Lage sehr nah am See. Schöner Gemeinschaftspool. Tiefgaragenplatz sowie ein Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft vorhanden. Ausstattung teilweise etwas veraltet, nur zwei Liegen vorhanden.

es war alles super, 1:1 wie die fotos war alles gut. ausser die liegestühle bei der wohnung, die waren leider kaputt und es gab keinen ersatz. trotzdem, freundlich znd zum weiter empfehlen. sagenhaft sauberer pool!

Tolle Unterkunft

Ich war nun zum 3. mal da. Wie immer finde ich die Unterkunft super! Am schönsten ist der Garten und der Pool, welchen wir leider aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen konnten! Es war wie immer sehr schön, jedoch hatten wir diesmal viel Staub und leider auch dunkle Haare im Bad auf dem Boden. Wahrscheinlich war seit mehreren Wochen keiner mehr im Apartment. Zudem sind die Möbel schon sehr alt und muffig. Ein Austausch wäre schön. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft wirklich top! Zum See sind es nur einige FußMinuten. Ich komme wieder :D

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Tolles Appartement mit ganz kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen! Duschmatte nicht gut! Dusch Regulierung schlecht. Ein Thermostat würde Abhilfe schaffen! Nachbarschaft wegen Hund am Anfang sehr böse hat sich aber im laufe der Tage gebessert! Ansonsten würde ich dieses Apartment jedem empfehlen! Tolle Ausstattung, tolle Lage, toller Pool! Es war für uns ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub! Ruhe und Entspannung pur! Werden definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder buchen! Bravo Frau consolini!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Perfekte Lage. Es gab keine Gartenmöbel, hat aber viel geregnet, deshalb haben wir sie nicht vermisst. Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert. Einzig hat uns gestört das es keine richtige Bettwäsche gab( die hatten wir dazu gebucht). Also nicht wie wir es aus Deutschland kennen, keine Bettbezüge, wo man die vorhandenen Wolldecken einziehen kann. Die Wolldecken wollten wir nicht ohne Bezug benutzen...... Aber gut, das tat unserem schönen Wochenende keinen Abbruch! War schön, kommen gerne wieder, mit eigenem Bettzeug!

Sehr nette Agentur, aber staubiges Schlafzimmer/Matratze

Zentrumsnah und sehr gut gelegen, wir schließen uns wegen dem Garten unseren Vorgängern an. Das Schlafzimmer und das Sideboard darin rochen modrig, der Kleiderschrank war sehr geräumig und roch dagegen gut. Der Modergeruch verflüchtigte sich beim Lüften, aber die staubige/n Matratze, Kissen und Decken waren selbst für meinen Mann, der kein Hausstauballergiker wie ich ist, eine Belastung. Wir hatten Bettbezüge mitgebracht und vertrauten auf zugesicherte allergikergeeignete Kissen, etc. Geduscht haben wir mit Badeschlappen... Die Agentur ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Schöne zentrale Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön geräumig. Die Bilder hier spiegeln die Wohnung sehr gut wieder. Und sie ist wirklich zentral. Nach wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Innenstadt von Bardolino. Am Pool war nur wenig los wodurch wir da sehr entspannt liegen konnten und der öffentliche Strand ist auch nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Das einzige was uns vielleicht ein bisschen gestört hat ist die Sprenkleranlage die bei jedem Wetter um 12 Uhr Nachts die Rasenfläche wässert. Dadurch ist sie jeden Morgen sehr nass und an einem Morgen war sie fast ein Sumpf da es am Abend zuvor stark geregnet hatte. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Bardolino! Vielen Dank! :)

Ruhige zentrale Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist ruhig und zentral gelegen. Es sind nur wenige Fußminuten nach Bardolino. Der Pool hatte Anfang Okt noch Wasser, was uns sehr gefreut hat, da es tagsüber noch sehr warm war. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte reibungslos, die etwas verwirrende Kostenzusammensetzung konnte ohne Probleme geklärt werden. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt!
