Hello Samantha, We are very sorry for your disappointment and not being able to facilitate more your stay. Our intention is not to counteract your opinion, but we do need to explain a few things. We also want to thank you for taking your time to evaluate us, as it always help us grow and improve. The television worked perfectly, but it is satellite and having two controls effectively, some people do not know how to put it on and that was explained by phone (we do not usually make a trip to the house for that but still we asked you if you needed us to pass by for which you thanked no to). We are very sorry that you were so unlucky that all happeneing at the same time and we have intended to fix it as quickly as possible without having to bother you by passing by. The Internet, in fact, did not work due to an external failure by the supplier company of which we were not aware at the time of your arrival. It is something we cannot control and we regret that it affected so much. Regarding to the dishwasher, the technician / plumber was there twice to fix the one inside (there is another one in the bar area) and both times it worked fine. Finally he decided to change an electronic part that in his opinion could have affected occasionally (since every time he visited it it was working) the proper functioning of the machine. For the rest, we are sorry that you did not feel comfortable with the decoration (the large mirror, which you mentioned by email, is old antique and that is why there are defects that cannot and will not be fixed, the same with other antiques in the house).
