The Park Chalet is located on one of the most beautiful, untouched natural beaches of the Costa Blanca, on a plot of 6,500 m2. We personally take care of the maintenance of this beautiful holiday villa. The wildly romantic atmosphere right on the sea, old trees and Mediterranean vegetation, carefully landscaped paths and tennis court make this property a paradise for vacationers. The comfortable villa on 180 m2 comfortably accommodate up to 13 people, in all bedrooms is air conditioning. You have free wifi access. Pets are welcome
You have private access by stairs to “Cala Llobella”, a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters. The villa offers tranquillity and privacy surrounded by green areas and big garden. In the surroundings of the villa, there is a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets. In addition, its only 6 km from the centre of Moraira and the best beaches. In this small Mediterranean-style tourist town you will find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. You can also visit Calpe, less than 4 km from the villa, and Jávea, less than 18 km away. Both locations are among the most touristic of the Costa Blanca.

Villa Park Chalet has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed on one floor. There are 5 bedrooms with double bed and 1room with a single bed. One of the double bedrooms has a double sofa-bed with 2 more places. In total, the villa has a capacity of 13 persons. There is the living room with (Sat-TV) amazing sea views and direct access to the pool terrace.The pool is 8x4 meters big. Perfectly integrated into the living room is the open fully equipped kitchen. This wonderful holiday villa for 11/13 people has 3 large terraces with fantastic panoramic sea views. The villa also offers a private pool, tennis court (shared with another holiday villa) and barbecue. The terraces have garden furniture, barbecue and private parking with enough space for 2/3 cars.

Great Stay

We stayed for a week with our entire family in the age from 7 months to 55 years. We really enjoyed the pool and beach and played a lot of tennis. (If you’re pro you should bring your own racket and balls).

Superb villa

Absolutely superb villa, with sea views and in a beautiful bay. Agata was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The check-in process was smooth and she was on hand for any questions. The kids loved the pool and the adults the big BBQ and tennis court. The villa was well equipped and well laid out. We will come again.

Enjoyable Stay

The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience.

La ubicación y el trato con la propietaria excelentes, pero en la zona del salón y comedor haria falta aire acondicionado, y algo más de mantenimiento en la casa. En cualquier caso, hemos disfrutado de unas vistas preciosas.

Eerst en vooral willen we Agata en haar team bedanken. Ze is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en ze antwoordt vlug. Het huis was onberispelijk schoon. Bedden opgemaakt en handdoeken lagen klaar.Keuken heeft alles wat er moet aanwezig zijn. De 2 ijskasten zijn zeker nodig vooral omdat de ijskast in de keuken het moeilijk had om te koelen. We zaten ook midden in een hitegolf.

Hemos pasado un rato muy agradable con la familia. La ubicación es idílica, tiene acceso a la playa desde la propia terraza. Lo mejor la terraza y la piscina con vistas. Si vais con perros, hay que tener en cuenta que no está vallado.

Perfekte Erholung

Fernab vom Trubel der Strände als letztes Anwesen am Ende einer Straße habe wir (7 Erwachsene) uns blendend erholt. Das Haus bot genügend Platz für uns, so dass jeder auch einen privaten Rückzugsraum hatte. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der (fast) private Steinstrand, zu dem wir über eine hauseigene Treppe gelangten, hatte meistens glasklares Wasser, so dass unsere Schnorchler voll auf ihre Kosten kamen. Der Einstig zum Baden geht ganz leicht über Felsplatten, die fast eine natürliche Badetreppe bilden. (Badeschuhe nicht vergessen). Agata ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und war für uns immer zu erreichen. Mal sehen, wann wir wiederkommen.

Voorjaarsvakantie

Helaas begin van de week slecht weer. Accommodatie zeer geschikt om vakantie te vieren. Lekker zwembad (niet verwarmd) fijne tennisbaan en mooie tuin. Alles aanwezig, voldoende glazen, bestek, borden etc. Tip: neem TV stick mee voor nl tv. VRBO is om te huilen: zeer slechte communicatie, App die niet werkt, mail wordt niet beantwoord. Jammer.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Familienurlaub. Alle haben sich richtig wohl gefühlt in dem Haus und auf dem Grundstück. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit einfach unfassbar schön. Der Tennisplatz ist super in Schuss und die Kommunikation mit Agata war super unkompliziert und nett.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Freunden in dem Haus. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Auch der Kontakt mit Agata ist super toll und man fühlt sich richtig willkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Séjour très agréable. Endroit calme et très paisible

Notre séjour dans cette villa était très agréable. Endroit très calme, bercé par le bruit abaissant de la mer en contre bas. Nous avons pu profiter du terrain de tennis, de la table de ping pong et des deux piscines de la ville. Les plages de Sables fins à 7 minutes de voiture de la villa sont également trés sympa. Sans oublié l'hotte qui était très cordialement et souriante même si je ne me debrouille pas bien en anglais. Pas de tracasseries d'état des lieux. L'état des lieux était très rapide à l'arrivée et quasi inexistant au départ.

Great location and property

The property is lovely in a great position overlooking the beach and med. There is absolutely no traffic noise!!! The pool is a good size to lounge in or play with the kids. Our kids enjoyed the tennis court and the table tennis. The local town is small enough to be quaint but large enough to have a good vibe. Having transportation is a must have or you will be stranded and there is nothing really in walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Sehr schöner Abiurlaub

Wir sind eine Gruppe von 13 Abiturienten und haben hier unseren Abiurlaub verbracht. Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden, vor allem der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin hat super funktioniert. Die Villa ist super schön und bietet selbst für 13 Leute einige Plätze für Privatsphäre. Den privaten Strandzugang haben wir auch oft genutzt. Um in die Stadt Calpe oder Moraira zu kommen, muss man entweder einen der beiden Busse nehmen, die am Tag fahren oder man fährt Taxi. Für uns war das aber kein Problem, man konnte trotzdem einiges unternehmen.

Estancia muy agradable

Estancia muy agradable con amigos/familia en enero22 en un entorno ideal de tranquilidad y aislamiento que buscábamos, con muchas posibilidades de actividades dentro de la parcela (especialmente tenis) y fuera (paseos en un entorno natural estupendo). En este contexto, resulta inevitable que se trata de un alojamiento en que para todo acceso a tiendas/restaurantes/bares, es necesario el coche, pero Calpe se encuentra muy próximo.

Lovely villa, fab location right by the sea.

Had a wonderful holiday here. The villa is of a very good standard, well kitted out kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms . But it is the location and outside space that is outstanding. To be so close to the sea and so peaceful was bliss. The tennis court was a big success too, with table tennis to occupy those not playing tennis. Agata was there to meet us and see us off, and even came round to check all was well after a very big storm. The villa is about a 20 minute walk along the coast path from a small supermarket and some restaurants, with Calp and its larger supermarkets etc only a few minutes in the car. We all felt completely relaxed and reinvigorated after our stay and will definitely return.

Eine tolle Woche

Alles super ! Übergabe, Zahlung etc. ging problemlos und war alles Sauber. Alles vorhanden und super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin👌 Haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder👏
