We fell in love with the location of this property during our visit to Cyprus, it's got enough space for us all to be comfortable.
The location is perfect as it's right on the coast only 1km to the sea and a beautiful harbour with various fresh fish restaurants (they do serve alternatives to fish also)
With inky 25 minutes drive to Famagusta with the new town boasting known high street shops like Nike and Costa as well as their own high street shops. The old town has beautiful architectural buildings and traditional street markets full of friendly helpful people with serious bargains to be had!
Also from the apartment it's a great location to explore the northern peninsula known also has the "pan handle' beautiful coastal roads untouched beaches and gorgeous scenery. We love to pack a feast and find a different spot to stop each time we venture out 😁

Alternatively the site where the apartment is has 6+ swimming pools of different shapes and sizes, 3 of which are only seconds to a minute away from the apartment so we're always spoilt for choice . There's also an onsite bar and restaurant

It really covers all aspects of a holiday for us, as we can utterly and not move from the site or get out and explore what untouch natural beauty there is around.

For us one of the main benefits is the country of Northern Cyprus is Turkish meaning they trade in Turkish Lire, this makes everything extremely cheap and affordable from shopping to eating out etc. They do also accept most other currencies and even the local shops will give you a good rate , most of the time as were only visiting for a few days I tent to use England pounds (Sterling) and they accept no problem but then your change will be in Turkish lire.

The onsite restaurant and bar is fantastic quality and value for Money, we've ate there for breakfast lunch and our evening meal which is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment , alternatively the kitchen is fully fitted and equipped if you want to cook or make snacks for yourself, the local supermarket in Bogaz is aviut 5 minute drive and they literally sell everything,

We always use the same taxi company to pick and drop us off from the airport we use larnaca as it's easier from the Uk however Ercan the northern airport is closer to the apartment site. The taxi company are very reasonable and it's nice to be collected from the arrivals hall at the airport and then be driven right where you need to be very friendly service, we can book this for you and pay them on arrival no problem.

Also the car hire is extremely reasonable and cost of fuel is cheap too so makes driving around easy and affordable , again they will deliver and collect right from the apartment door so no hassle for you , this can be arranged by us prior to your arrival or we have the contact details for them in the apartment.
