Le Cross House Apartment est situé en plein centre de ce village populaire, pittoresque et historique, à seulement 150 mètres du château. Les magasins, les pubs sympathiques du village, les jolis cafés et les bistrots uniques sont tous à moins de 20 mètres, mais la propriété offre toujours une retraite tranquille nichée derrière la rue principale. Warkworth est dominé par son beau château et ses promenades au bord de la rivière. Il est à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la baie de sable qui s'étend d'Alnmouth à Amble dans une zone d'une beauté naturelle exceptionnelle et se trouve sur la route côtière offrant plus de 20 miles de plages de sable doré. C'est une base de vacances idéale pour explorer la magnifique côte à proximité ainsi que les collines de Cheviot. Le château et les jardins d'Alnwick sont à 9,6 km. Excursions en bateau à l'île Coquet d'Amble à seulement 2 miles. Parcours de golf local ½ mile. Gare à 5 km pour des excursions à Newcastle, Édimbourg et au-delà. Un service de bus local fonctionne sur des trajets réguliers plus locaux. C'est un endroit idéal pour explorer le littoral du patrimoine et au-delà. L'appartement est à côté de la propriété du propriétaire avec un autre studio de vacances.

Very comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a beautiful village. Even though the property is in the centre of the village, its location makes it very peaceful. This is helped by the lovely gardens.

The cottage is located very centrally to many lovely places to visit in Northumberland but also has local places to eat and drink on the doorstep, most of which are dog friendly. Perfect when visiting with your 4 legged friends.

We were meeting family, so wanted a central location in Warkworth.Accommodation was in an ideal position in the village, but at the back of owners own property so was lovely and quiet, with a beautiful enclosed garden for the dog to enjoy.The Accommodation was great, very cleanLovely very helpful hosts

Great place to stay

The property is a studio flat which is quiet and comfortable and is situated in an attractive village. Within walking distance to the beam and the area has has well signposted walks.

Great apartment and perfect location in Warkworth. Pubs, restaurants and cafes all in walking distance. Also very close to bus stops for coastal bus service. Lara was perfect host, very helpful and friendly. Will stay again

Short Break in Northumberland

Lovely property, had all we needed for our break. Situated in the heart of the village with more than enough choice of eating establishments on the doorstep to cater for our needs. Very helpful hosts who were a mine of information on the local area and dog friendly, what's not to like!

Hi. Andy and Lara here! You are bound to meet us and our 2 little miniature poodles during your stay as we live in the main house at the front of the property. We are always pleased to answer any questions you have about the local area or generally just stop for a chat. Although we only moved to Warwkorth in 2016 we have been holidaying in the area for many years and often find we can give the original locals ideas on where to go!! We moved from busy West London and are loving the slower pace of life, friendly people and wide open areas Northumberland has to offer. We look forward to meeting you.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are situated in the centre of the village about as close to all the local amenities as it is possible to be. Being walking distance to the beach is another huge plus for us. It is amazing to see the changes from season to season or even day to day. The studio is part of an original 1800's barn and still retains the exposed stone walls in parts of the property.

Guests have shared use of the large walled garden. Being directly on a regular bus route means taking the car out every day is not a necessity. There is also a lot to do directly in the village. Nearby Amble offers boat trips and a harbour. And you can even walk 6 miles along the beach to the next village Alnmouth.
