Bayside Apartments and Studios provide self-catering accommodation in the vibrant St. Julian's area, known for its lively Paceville nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs. Located approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) from the airport, they offer convenience and comfort.

This Studio Apartment accommodates standard of 4 people up to 6 people (4 single beds and 1 bunk bed). It is equipped with a TV, kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, mini fridge, microwave), small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals.

1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.

5. A paid washing machine is available on the lower ground floor.

6. The gym is open in the building and open from May to September.

8. If you are booking for Monthly or Long stays (28 nights or more) are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS ONLY; EXTRA PERSONS are charged €375 each per month. Monthly or long-stay rates DO NOT INCLUDE utility bills, wifi/tv connection, or the post-check-out cleaning fee. To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights.

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.

(e) After check out, cleaning fees for 28 nights above or long stays is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
