Detta är en första våningen främre studio i hamnen / hamnen och (se även duquesastudios (dot) com) erbjuder smakfullt inredda boende för upp till två. Ligger på hamnens främre del - med underbar utsikt över yachterna, palmer och kaféer i marinan nedan. Bara koppla av och sola på balkongen, du känner dig del av La Duquesas sofistikerade livsstil. Äta ute är enkelt och bara ett steg bort där man äter ute är en internationell upplevelse. För att äta hemma har studion fullt utrustat kök, och praktiska stormarknader i närheten kan erbjuda alla dina mat- och vinbestämmelser.

Awful. Everything dirty and smelly I cleaned and bleached what I could we left 3 days early when the cockroaches got too much. The only good thing was view from the balcony and the position

What a wonderful location

From the start, Roger was very helpful. There were some small delays in replies, but nothing major. We did have an issue when we arrived, the code for the key box was incorrect. As it was a Sunday, this took a little time to sort out but hopefully this will be ok going forward. Once we were in the apartment, we found all the information very accurate. It is a little tired but fully functioning. It had everything we needed for our week there. The big selling point is the balcony. To sit people watching or admiring the view was brilliant. We spent most of our time on the balcony. I expected the area to be noisy as there a large number of bars and restaurants all around, But once we turned in for the night, we heard very little indeed. The marina is nice and a short walk away are the resorts of Sabinillas and Duquesa. We hired a car and this opened up the surrounding areas. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roger and his lovely apartment.

Très bon emplacement le studio est très bien équipé mis à part la TV une catastrophe

Tout es très bien mais franchement il faut changer la TV des fils qui pendouillent et il faut avoir fait polytechnique pour la mettre en marche si on y arrive. Dommage parce que le studio est parfait. Aussi le matelas glisse sur le lit un peu gênant

Duquesa Studios

This is our third time in Duquesa studios and we always have a great time. There is lots to do there and this time we got the coach to Malaga for the day which is so easy to do.

Nice Christmas break over looking the lovely marina. Studio was enough for our shortish stay

Good communication from owner re area and openings etc over holiday period. Must advise that locked key pick up service needed another symbol which thru guess work we eventually unlocked. Not great at 2.am Studio has great out look stunning marina from the balcony. It is what it says on the tin, no frills, beds not great n couldn t get any TV apart from You Tube. Good internet there so couldn t understand why we got nothing else. DVD wouldn t work either as we had took some as a back up but no luck we d changed source to scart as advised but still nada. Everything is on your doorstep literally. Cafes, bars and supermarket. Which is great but be prepared for some obvious noise due to this. Oh yes, NO hairdryer which for some may not be an issue but if it is make sure you take your own lol.

Two Months Lazing on the costa!

We had a very relaxing Two months in this front line Studio Apartment very close to all the attractions of this very beautiful Marina . All of the local Restaurants supply good reasonably priced food and drink, Friday night seems to be the liveliest night of the Weekend. The apartment was ideal with everything as expected, but might benefit from a few improvements here and there - overall though we found it was excellent value for money. Thank you! - we will definitely stay again.

Two Weeks Lazing on the Costa

We had a very relaxing two weeks in this front line Studio Apartment very close to all the attractions of this very beautiful Marina all of the local Restaurants supply good reasonably priced food and drink Friday night seems to be the liveliest night of the Weekend the apartment could benefit from a few improvements but overall we found it was excellent value for money. Nice little studio apartment. Much better value than a hotel, small but has everything you need. The location some will love it some will not. Easy check in and check out. Didn't like the coin meter for the AC unit, this should be including in the price, even if it means putting the price up a few euro per day. Internet wasn't really up to the job of streaming for the TV but good enough for general internet usage. Good communications with the owners. Overall very average.

A great holiday location - thank you!

This has to be one of the best value for money holidays we have had for a long time. The apartment, although compact, was everything we needed in an ideal location. No complaints what so ever. Enjoyed every day. Hope to return next year. Very many thanks Tony.

Duquesa Studios is a first floor front line apartment in the port/harbour area and offers original but tastefully furnished accommodation for up to two. Situated on the front line of the harbour - enjoying wonderful views of the yachts, palm trees and cafes of the marina below. Just relaxing and sunbathing on the balcony, you feel part of the sophisticated lifestyle of Duquesa Studios itself. A very popular local destination for eating out and just a step away for an international dining experience. For dining at home, the studio has full kitchen facilities, and convenient supermarkets nearby provide all your food and wine requirements.

Duquesa Studios facilities include Initial preparation and cleaning supervised by a local manager at the beginning of the let; with additional maid and change over services available at extra cost. The apartment sleeps two, and most of what you might need is supplied, including internet / TV (Some U.K. free channels, but subscriptions are not included), air-con, washing machine, two standard single divan beds with duvets and linen.

The Community swimming pool is currently not available, but local beaches are a step away. The beaches have a Blue Flag award, from the European Foundation for Environmental Education. Noted for their dark sand and calm waters, as well as being 1.7 km long with an average width of 50 metres. There are many activities for children during the season, such as children’s play areas or a water park in the sea.
