Amazing villa!!

The Villa was amazing!! The whole villa was lovely all the rooms were really big and clean and the pool and outside dining was lovely. Nelson was great and was always happy to help when needed. Would 100% recommend the Villa and would love to return.

Family holiday

Lovely villa , highly recommend , 10 mins walk to supermarket , bars / restaurants, 20 mins to the beach , spacious villa , we went as a family of 9 ( 6 yr old / 3 yr old and a baby ) , villa has all amenities , made good use of the bbq and pool area . Nelson the host was very helpful and was easy to contact , helped arrange airport transport and shopping delivery for our arrival .Will defininately be booking again .

Property was very spacious and clean. Good pool. A lot of road noise. Would have been good to have some basic items in kitchen like salt/pepper etc

The road noise is a problem that we have already tried to minimize (with the installation of double glazed windows in the rooms upstairs facing the road) but thank you anyway for making the observation here. Loved the Pool

The family enjoyed their stay, especially the pool obviously. Distance from nearest beach is 1.4 km, fine for the young to walk but more difficult for the oldies. Uber 3.75€ to beach and bars, no problem. The villa itself could do with updating, especially the sun loungers, half were ripped and very uncomfortable. The two sun parasols which are static also need changing to moveable ones, with more available to accommodate 9 guests. Shade was a problem. We didn’t feel able to use the barbecue owing to its condition. Had these problems not existed we would give the villa five stars.

estancia muy agradable y satisfactoria

Alojamiento perfecto, habitaciones comodas, colchones confortables, aunque al ser de muelles alguno podría precisar un topper, cocina y baños comodos. Lo mejor es el porche, el jardín y la piscina que están muy bien cuidados, y son un disfrute muy bueno para los niños. A mejorar el mobiliario del porche, ya que las sillas son poco acertadas. Muy atento Nelson, ante una pequeña incidencia en el baño, nos la resolvió en la misma mañana.

Extended review

This is a review based on what I think is importante when I look for a holliday home. We are a family of five. The house: It has a lot of space. Good bedrooms With aircondition. A large and well equipte Kitchen. Nice and clean. The garden was also very good. A lot of Space and a rather large pool. Good value for Money. Distance to restaurants: You have a lot to choose from within walking distance. If you go towards Ohlos de Agua you will find the first restuarant after 5 min walk. Then it is another 10 min walk before you find the rest of the restaurants in Ohlos de Agua. There is a lot to choose from. If you go towards Roja Pe you will find the first restaurant after 5 min walk and then the restaurants keeps coming every 2 min or so. Supermercado: You will find Intermarche both in Ohlos de Agua and Roja Pe. It is about 20 min walk to the one in Ohlos de Agua. This is the best one. The Intermarche in Roja Pe is closer. About 12 min walk, but this one isnt as big as the one in Ohlos de Agua. Beach: It will take you about 15-20 min to walk to the Beach. You can go towards Ohlos de Agua or Roja Pe. Do we need a car? we have been here both With and without a car. You will do find without a car. It Depends on what you want to do. If you want to stay by the pool and go to the Beach now and then you dont need a car. If you want to explore more of the area I will recommend a car. As you have probably understood by now I can really recommend the house and the area.

Excelente Estadia.

Gostámos muita da propriedade e das respetivas infra-estruturas. O espaço interior e exterior é excelente, bem como a sua disposição. A mesa colocada no telheiro é uma óptima mais-valia e a envolvência muito agradável. Como pontos a melhorar, sugeríamos que fosse avisado que os aspersores de água funcionam durante a noite (por forma a evitar molhar os bens deixados no interior), bem como que os berços das crianças já se encontrassem montados. A casa poderia ainda beneficiar de mais mobília de apoio nos quartos e de suportes para toalhas na casa-de-banho.

Lovely Villa

Villa was lovely and spacious, the photos don't do it justice. We were a party of 10 and never felt cramped. The extra bed and cot were ready for is as arranged. The house and the grounds were very clean and felt secure. It was just a ten minute walk to the nearest shop and 15 minutes to the beach and centre. The outdoor space and pool was great. Our family enjoyed it very much.

prachtige woning goed gelegen met restaurants in overvloed op wandel afstand en het strand op een kwartiertje wandelen vriendelijke ontvangst van de gastheer en altijd bereidwillig en behulpzaam enkel het geblaf van de geburen hun honden was soms wat storend zeker een aanrader en een dikke vijf op vijf
