This 3 bedroom Bainbridge condo is perfect for a large family getaway, a knitters retreat, family reunion, or even as a guest house for your brides wedding guests, either way it serves as a wonderful escape!!! The easy 5 minute walk to downtown Winslow is where you will find plenty of activities for all ages! This Condo offers a functional layout on the main floor with an open floor plan that allows everyone to feel included. Besides the functional kitchen, & large dining room area, you'll find a massive patio just off the kitchen. Why not BBQ on the patio while you enjoy the quiet surroundings of Bainbridge Island!!!

***Included on the main floor you will also find a private master bedroom retreat with it's own master bathroom. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. The spacious upstairs bathroom allows for more than one person to share the vanity at a time. Since a goodnights sleep is a priority to us, we've made certain to provide high quality mattresses & Egyptian cotton sheets for every bed! About Stacie Power

My husband, Chuck, and I have lived in Kitsap County for the past 20 years! The Condo was purchased by Chuck in 2005. Although he lived there the first few years, it was rented out during the past 4 years. Our story is new because this is an new marriage for us. Chuck & I were married in July of 2014 on our friends property. We held our reception in a lovely red barn in Kingston Washington, overlooking the Bay. Kitsap County has been a huge part of our community for the past 20 years & Poulsbo is where we've raised our children. We enjoy cooking, biking, backpacking, house concerts, meeting new people & hanging with our friends/family! Although we love to travel, we are always ready to come back to the Peninsula. We really can't imagine living anywhere else!

We love the convenient proximity our condo is to downtown Winslow! It's hard not to want to take in all the great restaurants, the performing arts center, library, shopping, and the farmer's market! All of this is available within a short walking distance to downtown. There is also the convenience of getting to Seattle. It's unbelievable that it's so easy to spend a day in Seattle without having to drive our car across. Just to be able to walk onto the ferry and then walk into the City feels like such a luxury that we can't imagine living without. We really could live here without a car if we chose to and wouldn't miss it one bit!

What makes this condo unique

The original Architect, Bob Hobble, didn't skip a beat in designing this beautiful living space. The vaulted ceilings and massive windows allow for plenty of light to encompass the whole interior! The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining room, and living room creating a common flow. The massive private patio takes the place of a yard. It's easily accessible from the kitchen or master bedroom. The patio even has enough outdoor privacy to allow for a dining area and outdoor living room.

Wonderful family-friendly place to stay close to the town of Winslow

We've stayed at this property multiple times in the past year and we love coming back. It's located an easy walk from the adorable town of Winslow (farmer's market, bakery, shops, restaurants) and is just a 5 minute drive or less from the ferry, Kid's Discovery Museum and a great all-abilities playground at Rotary Park. Chuck and Stacie Powers are perfect hosts and very responsive if a question comes up during your visit.

Nice condo, great location

The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the main drag on Bainbridge Island, with restaurants and a bookstore and a toy store and a winery and a couple museums. The condo itself was nice, clean, spacious. The owner was very responsive to messages, replying within just a couple hours usually. Our experience was exactly what a great VRBO experience should be.

A delightful home conveniently located in downtown Bainbridge .

If your looking for a home to stay in while exploring Bainbridge Island ,this one is highly recommend

The property is conveniently located to downtown Bainbridge,we were able to walk to restaurants, movies and shopping galore,without the need of a rental car

Stacie and Chucks home is warm and inviting, reminiscent of a ski lodge cabin with huge Windows providing plenty of light and warmth.

The three bedrooms are comfortable and easily accommodates six adults.

One of the best features were individual thermostats in reach bedroom,so every one could sleep comfortably .

Spacious kitchen design and amenities made meal prep simple and convenient

The dining room table comfortably accommodated our entire family for Christmas Eve dinner with room to spare

You will not be sorry if you rent this home

Clean - Nice decor - right up the hill from Winslow Main Street - large dining area - great baths !!

Comfortably slept 6 adults. Open floor plan on 2nd floor which is great for hosting sit down dinners. Beds are comfy!!! Lots of windows. Within walking distance to lots of Winslow boutiques.... shopping is great!!! Washer & Dryer in unit which is always helpful. Could have used some serving bowls in the kitchen; otherwise, kitchen is well stocked for 8 - 10. Our families enjoyed the stay and host responded quickly when needed. Stay - you will enjoy it!

Well-appointed and well-maintained — ideally located property

We had a lovely stay at Hobble House. The condo was more than spacious and comfortable for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with everyday necessities. Each room was well-appointed and you can tell this condo is well taken care of.

The owner was always so responsive to questions prior to our stay, and very kind.

We will definitely consider staying at Hobble House again.

With less than a 5 minute walk into town, you'll be able to take in the sights, shopping, and restaurants of downtown Winslow! Walk 10minutes into town to access the ferry system! You'll be happy to know the ferry is easily accessible by car or walk on passengers. Once on the ferry, it' s about a 30 minute ride across the Sound and into Seattle. Upon arriving in Seattle, you'll find it easy to catch a taxi, Uber ride, city transit or even walk to the nearest sights. Some must see attractions include the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, the SAM (Seattle Art Museum) and The 5th Avenue Theatre. Seattle has some of the finest restaurants and local chefs around! If you're looking for good Mexican food, try Tom Douglas's restaurant Cantina Lena on 5th Avenue ( Be sure to make time for one last attraction before heading back to Bainbridge Island. This means taking in the birds eye view of the Seattle Skyline & enjoy watching the sunset while riding the climate controlled Seattle Ferris Wheel, located on Alaskan Way ( next to the ferry dock).
