MOLI - MAGNIFICENT NATURAL STONE HOUSE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH POOL AND PRIVATE GARDEN



Pretty and charming stone house in Buger, a very beautiful village in the northern part of the island.

The property extends over 10,000 m2, an area that offers a lot of privacy.

Outside, right next to the house, there is a large, kidney-shaped pool with sun loungers and

a lounge bed.

The house is located in a protected area with many trees and vegetation, so it is forbidden to make a fire, but there is a gas grill for the guests.

The interior of the house is kept in a rustic style. All ceilings are vaulted and give pleasant coolness and brightness in the entire living area.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave and everything you need for everyday life

and it is open to the living-dining room and equipped with air conditioning.

There are two bedrooms with exterior access, one of which has a double bed and air conditioning.

There are 2 bathrooms, one is outside the house.



The small village of Buger has about 1000 inhabitants. It is located in the Del Raiguer district and has an important historical legacy:

the natural cave of Can Mossenya and the talayotic village of Rafal des Puig are the oldest traces of human habitation in this region.

For all guests who want to get to know every corner of the island, the location of this house is an ideal starting point, you could say halfway to any point on the island.

We had a great stay in Bùger!

We had a great stay in Bùger! Check-in was and communication during our stay was very easy. We came with our roadbikes and the location is perfect in between cycling routes. The outdoors is great and you have a lot of space. We always had breakfast outside and there are options for shade and sun. You can easily park the car. The area is very quiet and it is possible to walk to Bùger in 20 minutes where you will find a great bakery. Definitely can recommend the place

House was super!

House was super! It was clean, well equipped kitchen, pool was obviously very nice. Location was good and peaceful. Easy access by car to near by towns and beaches. House has also tennis court, with rackets and balls. Our familyfour enjoyed a lot!

We were lucky enough to stay for a week

We were lucky enough to stay for a week with our 15 month old. The villa is very peaceful and has good access by car to some stunning old towns and beaches. It was perfect for a toddler, with lots of space for him to crawl around and explore. We enjoyed the pool and tennis court, and my husband went on some beautiful runs in the morning. The kitchen was well equipped and had an excellent induction hob. The only downside for us was that there were some mosquitos in the evening and ants if you left your food out. However overall would recommend.

yes the pool and the tennis court really are all yours

nice place. secluded, not overlooked at all, very quiet. Pool had a bit of leaves etc in it, and was pretty cold (it is only April after all) and tennis court a little old, but fine for us. Parking on site. Wifi was fast. Ten minutes walk into town, not really worth driving. Only one restaurant in Buger (more of a bar really, though nice guys and very cheap) but Sa Pobla is less than 10 mins in the car, with loads of options. One supermarket in Buger, and everything. Saturday (or was it Friday) market in Buger had great fruit and veg very cheap. Inside the house smelled slightly damp (maybe we were the first visitors) but hot water, proper double bed (I hate it when they have two mattresses), TV worked etc. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely beautiful place

Absolutely beautiful place! The outside is just something else. So private and relaxing. Tons of seating areas. Beautiful large pool. Comfortable furniture. There a surprise tennis court and a wonderful selection of fruit trees in the grounds which are extensive. Our neighbours were sheep and donkeys. The inside is super cute. Pretty rustic. But we didn’t book it for the inside. The bed was huge and comfortable and there were loads of amenities although. Everything was fine but we barely spent any time in there. The area is off the beaten track. A car is a must. Centrally located for visiting lots of the island though. Búger is a 4 minute drive and it’s so quaint. Seemingly no tourists except us which was great to feel the local vibe. 2 restaurants, a pharmacy, small shop and a bakery. Which was incredible!!! Big super markets 10 minutes away. Absolutely loved it here and will return in a few years.

Immer wieder schön.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal eine Woche in der Finca Moli. War wie im letzten Jahr alles super. Wir lieben die Ruhe dort, weit ab vom Trubel. In der Finca findet man alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist absolut der Hammer. Ebenso die Umgebung. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, mit dem wir täglich Ausflüge gemacht haben. Moli ist dafür perfekt gelegen. Das einzige, dass uns wirklich gefehlt hat, ist eine Kaffeeautomat. Egal ob Nespresso oder einen Bohnenautomat. Alles ist besser als Filterkaffee. Jedenfalls für uns :-D

Ein ruhiger, angenehmer Ort zum Entspannen! Der Außenbereich mit dem schönen Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Innen im Haus ist alles im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, der größere Pluspunkt des Objekts ist im Vergleich dazu eindeutig der Gartenbereich. Durch die Lage auf der Insel sind viele Ausflugsziele mit dem Mietwagen gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswerter Ort für alle, die jenseits des Massentourismus Urlaub machen möchten.

Ein charmantes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Pool und Garten. Die Lage ist ruhig mit absoluter Privatsphäre, vom Besuch der Katzen mal abgesehen. Der Tennisplatz ist für ambitionierte Tennisspieler nicht mehr so ganz optimal - für uns war er super! Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich - aber das ist absolut subjektiv. Das Außenbad ein bisschen besser putzen.

Superbe petite maison en pleine campagne

Superbe petite maison en pleine campagne mais proche de la voie rapide et à proximité (en voiture) de nombreux centres d’interêt (Alcúdia, Pollença, Cap de Formentor, etc). La piscine est magnifique, le jardin devant la maison bien entretenu, et il y a plusieurs espaces pour s’installer agréablement au soleil ou à l’ombre . Nous avons eu un souci technique dans la maison mais l’hôte a été très réactif et tout a été réglé rapidement. Notre séjour a été parfait !

Die Finca ist einfach traumhaft. Super ruhig gelegen, traumhafter Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche,…… Schade war, dass nicht mal Seife vorhanden war, keine Putzmittel um mal zwischendurch die Fliesen zu wischen und kein Fußabtreter da war. Kleinigkeiten, deshalb volle Punktzahl. Würden hier wieder Urlaub machen!

Très Déçus par la location

Nous avons été très déçus par la location. L’extérieur est bien, belle piscine. Par contre l’intérieur ne nous a pas plu du tout. Maison extrêmement sombre, très très humide. Nos vêtements, nos serviettes, nos draps, les couvre lit sentaient l’humidité en permanence. La 2eme chambre est très petite avec un mini placard de rangement. Niveau équipement pour la cuisine très limité. Cuisine toute petite. A peine suffisant pour 4 personnes. Maison très rustique. L’éclairage extérieur est très insuffisant pour pouvoir manger dehors le soir. Pas de volets dans les chambres. Nous avons trouvé le prix de la location très élevé par rapport à la qualité. Énormément de moustiques. Le propriétaire est par contre très gentil. Voiture indispensable.
