Esta casa de campo está rodeada por un maravilloso campo, está ubicada en una zona tranquila. A más o menos 1 km del casco antiguo de Pollensa. La casa está completamente equipada.

Pollensa y Puerto Pollensa: El campo pintoresco alrededor de Pollensa es una mezcla colorida entre huertos fértiles de fértiles y zonas boscosas luminosas, lindado por colinas al sur e impresionantes afloramientos rocosos de las montanas del norte de Mallorca. La región ( de 10 km²) se extiende a lo largo de la costa hasta Alcudia de las playas de color oro de Puerto Pollensa y el interior hasta la pintoresca pequeña ciudad histórica de Pollensa. Al norte, la costa de Puerto Pollensa y Alcudia ofrece kilómetros de arena de color oro con deportes acuáticos y es ideal para tomar el sol para unas vacaciones muy relajantes. Puerto Pollensa y Pollensa ofrecen una buena selección de restaurantes, de cafés y bares a tapas a restaurantes finos. Pollensa, además de su linda plaza, tiene el Via Crucis que es una atracción famosa con su larga escalera que sube la colina del Calvary, de donde hay unas fantásticas vistas a la costa. Puerto Pollensa es un lindo complejo no afectado que es un lugar favorito para las familias.

We had a lovely stay at Can Pascoli, the villa had everything we needed and is clearly very well cared for by Guillem and Antonia. The location is so peaceful and private, yet walkable to Pollenca town. The pool is one the best we’ve experienced in villas in Majorca. We hope to return.

Our favourite villa we have stayed in. Pool, outside space and view from the roof terrace were fantastic! Inside was perfect size for two couples or a family. Location was another bonus - felt so private and secure but only 20 minute walk from the main square. Communication from Guillem was excellent and even greeted us on arrival. Would definitely come back!

Great stay in a great house

The house exceeded our expectations. The outdoor area with the pool was truly fresh and well-maintained. There was always a spot to be found, whether in the sun or the shade. The children swam around the clock, and the ping pong table was also much appreciated. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, and Guilamo was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Beautiful location on the edge of Pollensa

This is our second time staying in this villa. It is in a beautiful location with views to the mountains and the sound of birdsong all around yet within walking distance of the town. It has all the amenities that we needed and has a great pool.

Lovely villa with great pool

Can Pascoli was very comfortable, clean and had everything you could want. The pool is fabulous. Large enough to have a proper swim and it has jets at one end. The walk into Pollensa is easy and only takes 20 minutes which is great for evenings out in town. All in all, a lovely peaceful villa within easy reach of all amenities. Thank you Guillem & Antonua

Villa in tranquil location

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa had everything we needed and the garden and pool were fantastic with a beautiful mountain backdrop. We really liked the tranquil location with no road noise, yet it was only a short walk into the town. We’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful location

Quiet place at the end of a narrow road, comfortable house without frills but beautiful surroundings, view and best location in Mallorca, close to the small town, the mountains and near the beaches.

Simply wonderful

We have returned to this villa on multiple occasions, and it is still as wonderful as the first time. The scenery, peace and quiet continues to draw us back, as does the amazing pool. Guillem a wonderful host, who leaves you be, but know he is on hand should you ever need him.

Wonderful villa with amazing pool

The property was perfect - clean, quiet, in a great location (20 minute walk to the centre of Pollensa), and had wonderful views. The pool, sun deck and outdoor space were even better than we’d hoped. The neighbouring donkey was also a great hit! Would definitely recommend for couples or small families.

First class property

The property was excellent with everything we required. The rural location is also very good. Make sure you have detailed directions or it will be difficult to find. Pollenca itself is a pretty town to visit & there is plenty to do in the area. The host was very pleasant & helpful.

Amazing Villa set in the most beautiful location

We had a perfect stay in this amazing villa. The photos do not do it justice. The views from the terrace were spectacular. The whole house and garden were well maintained and very clean. Air conditioning everywhere. The walk in to Pollenca old town was an easy 15 minutes. The town itself was beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this villa to experience the peace and solitude of this beautiful part of the island.

All good!

Just back from a 12 night stay with my wife and daughter at this super nice villa set in a beautiful location just a short walking distance from Pollensa town centre. The villa was as described and perfectly met our needs and the pool was fantastic. Big thank you to Gullium who was a great host and very understanding and forgiving when we had a small accident with a plant pot!! Very much looking forward to another visit next year.

Excellent location

Guillem and Antonia were excellent hosts, very helpful and accommodating. The house is situated in a lovely location with great outside space. The pool was very welcome wuth plenty of shade and eating areas. Backdrop of the mountains is stunning. Easy 20 minute walk into Pollenca which is lovely. Great market on a Sunday. Highly recommend Guillem and Antonias property.

Fantastic Outside Space And Great Location

The Villa is perfect if you want a quiet location that’s also within easy walking distance of Pollensa. It has great views, a large pool, bbq, table tennis, and plenty of shade if you want it. The kitchen is well equipped, while the rest of the interior is more than adequate, and slightly better than the pictures suggest. Guillem is an excellent and friendly host. If you’re a nervous driver then this might not be the place for you as the road from the main road is very narrow. We would return.

Perfection

Second stay at this wonderful villa - don't bother looking elsewhere if you are after peace and quiet, a fantastic large pool, wifi that works and 'Ned' the donkey in the field next door. No need to wrestle with parasols; drag your sun loungers under the trees and relax in the spectacular countryside. Don't forget the roof terrace for a spot of star gazing at night too! Thank you for another lovely holiday.

Fantastic villa if you like tranquility whilst still having the ability to walk into town for dinner. The villa itself is delightful. The two bedrooms contain twin beds and all rooms are air conditioned and clean. The bathroom has one of the better showers I have experienced in Spain with decent water pressure and a big shower head. The best part is the outdoor space. The pool is large, deep and in the sun all day. Around the pool is a large sun terrace with a mix of sunny and shaded areas. There is also a covered table in the shade and a ping pong table which is sheltered from the wind.Finally there is a roof terrace which gives amazing views of the surrounding mountains. There's tons of bird life - we were serenaded all day by nightingales whilst we watched eagles over the mountains. Walk to pollensa takes 15 minutes and is mainly flat. NOTE: The road to the property is very narrow and has tight turns with walls on both sides. Don't order a massive SUV from the hire company unless you want a tricky drive! We had a fiat 500 which was perfect

A repeat visit to a perfect retreat

The house is so pretty, set in a peaceful and opulent garden - with a terrific pool - mountain views - and all this close to Pollensa town (Saturday market) and port (beaches and restaurants) and only 55 kms from the airport - this is a superb place! We enjoyed driving the crazy mountain roads which wiggle around from here all the way to the western end of the island - and we also explored the interior, quiet, unspoilt and much less visited. Guillem is the perfect host. The house is spotless. Maybe the TV could be set up to be more user-friendly - we just gave up on it!

Small and simple but comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday.

For me, the photographs on the website do not do the villa justice.. the large pool, the jacuzzi and the lush mountain views from the roof terrace are all very much under sold. The only negative, as others have alluded to, is the drive up to the villa. The long and winding roads are so narrow they leave very little room for error! However, that drive gives you privacy and an adventure that really lives long in the memory. At Can Pascoli, you can expect many visitors such as cats and geckos but make sure to coat yourself in bug spray as bugs live in the bushes nearby and may feast on your limbs, torso and back! Overall, mine and my families experience at this villa was very positive, everyday felt better than the last and its so easy to go out for dinner as the main square in pollensa is only a 15-20 minute walk away. We arrived around 8pm and the owners had generously left a bottle of red wine, cold water and bag of nuts on arrival. We have enjoyed many happy holidays in pollensa and this experience was no different.

gem of a property

Just returned from one week in this lovely villa. The pictures do not do it justice. In fact we were amazed when we arrived by how upmarket it felt. Firstly, the location is superb. At the end of a quiet country lane, no passing traffic. Underneath the mountains and surrounded by an orchard. The only noise was the cockrel in the field next to us. But only 20 minutes pleasant walk in to the centre of pollensa with cafes and restaurants. Our 3 year old managed it no problem (although on shoulders on the way back!) The supermarket is well stocked and 2 minutes drive away. Best beach at formentera about 20 minutes drive but much nearer ones about 10 minutes drive away. The villa itself is all you need. Large beautifully maintained gardens and very clean pool. Inside is spacious enough for 4 with modern appliances in a slightly dated kitchen. Otherwise inside is quite basic, but you wont be using it that much with all the fatastic outside space available. Our kids were just a wee bit small (3 and 1) for the temerature of the pool in May. Another month would have heated it up nicely. We thought it was OK and older kids would manage no problem. Plus (and this is not a criticism) young kids need constant supervision aroung the pool and the design of the villa makes it impossible to nip inside and keep an eye on them. I am sure this would be the same in most villas. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Very helpful owner who is local and obviously loves his property and Pollenca. Would definately go back.

Die etwas abenteuerliche Anfahrt über schmale Privatwege hat sich gelohnt: Ein charmantes Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage mit gepflegtem Garten. Der große Pool (mit integriertem Whirlpool) war ein Highlight für uns. Auch Eigentümer war sehr sympathisch. Er hat sich am Tag nach unserer Anreise persönlich vorgestellt und erkundigt, ob wir alles haben, was wir brauchen.
