We had a wonderful 10-day stay; this property is so well-appointed, you'll want for nothing! From beach gear down to laundry detergent, beds were made, it was spotless - they even provided beach bags, hats and robes to use during our stay! We lived in Kona for a few years and coming to this house was like coming home. Even the neighbors were lovely.

Our stay was amazing. The central air did quit working during our stay, we notified the property manager and they responsed immdeiately and had it fixed right away. We loved the quiet gated community and the house was fully stocked, it was a perfect place for a 3 generation family trip.

This home was great for our needs. Well equipped and conveniently located. Management was attentive as well. Kona is such a fantastic island with so much to offer. We wish we could have stayed longer but hopefully we will be back soon. We will look to stay here again on our next visit.

Location was convenient to Kailua without the congestion and noise of the town. Very central to beaches, shops, and dinning. The house is very nicely equiped for any cooking situation. Water toys are available for use. The outdoor shower was handy for rinsing dive gear and just getting the sand off.

Nice house in Kona

The house is well laid out and very comfortable. The appliances are all high quality. The weather control was very good, quiet and effective. The outdoor eating space had a nice view, including the ocean. The location was convenient for visiting the west side beaches and restaurants in the town. Altogether I recommend this house highly.

This was the most organized and well maintained property we have stayed at! The property manager was super responsive. For example, we told her we were missing beach umbrellas, she promptly came and brought us new ones. The AC was perfect and was much needed as well! The dvds were great for the kids and adults alike.

This home was wonderful and true to the description. The communication couldn’t have been better and responses were very quick. We had an issue with the AC and it was resolved that day. We loved how spacious the home was allowing us to relax in the evening and watch movies together or talk about the day. The home is very well equipped. Not that we cooked, but I feel like we would have what we needed if we wanted to. We never made it to the hot tub as we were gone most of the day, but wish we had. The outdoor area was very nice and the outdoor shower helpful to rinse the sand off from the beach. The community was very peaceful. It wasn’t walking distance to key areas, but we weren’t looking for that. We would rent this home again for sure.

Wonderful

We loved the house. First, the location was great. Right in Kona, but the neighborhood was quiet and serene. Second, the view was amazing. We looked forward to sunrise and sunset. Third, the house had everything we could possibly need. The host supplied a lot of things for us to use. Very thoughtful. The house was open and airy, and met all of our needs.

Property managers were really nice to work with. The area is neighborhoody-only houses. but its nice. view is really nice, clean and safe. there is some area to walk around, but you have to leave the gated community to get a real walk in. close enough to stores that you can get whatever you need. the washer and dryer are good and fairly large capacity
