Beautiful Flat in Complex with Climatic Pool within a short walk to the Beach

This apartment is situated in a luxury complex in arguinegin, can accommodate 4 people comfortable and cots can be provided. You have free wifi cable tv. The kitchen has everything you need from oven, microwave, blender, popcorn machine. All the apartment is included with 100 per cent cotton sheets, and towels and beach towels, and toiled products. We can also provide cot and high chair if need it.
The swimming pool is heated and sea water that can be enjoyed all year around. And the beach is 5 min walk where you can enjoy lovely restaurants with sea view. At 5 min in car you can get the exclusive beach of Anfi del Marc with high quality restaurants and you can practice aquatic sports for all the family.

Monte Carrera apartment

Nice flat with two bedrooms. Some distance to walk to town. Mostly Norwegians staying there. The taxi driver from the airport could not find the address given (61 Calle Nayra) - did not exist? The apartment complex is called Monte Carrera, which is easier to refer to when taking a taxi. No information folder in the flat. There should be info on the neighborhood, appliances use, how to order taxi, when the reception is open, etc. To buy water and carry from town is heavy. After some days we found out that there is also a company that come there from time to time and sell water. Poor internet broadband capacity. I managed when working from there, but when two persons are streaming a movie or something, it is in-sufficient. We did not get the correct password by the receptionist. All in all, a very nice stay - Nice pool area.

I am sorry that the taxi founded difficult but the address does exist… the long road that takes to the complex is called Calle Nayra and the entrance is the 61… you can see it in Google maps clear. The Internet passport it is written in the entrance of the appartment. And the Internet connection it’s fixed now. Thanks for all the positive feedback! We will put a foulder with information.

Wir waren vor zwei Jahren bereits in dieser Wohnung und sind erneut zufrieden. Um die Bezeichnung Luxus-Wohnung zu rechtfertigen braucht es jedoch bald eine Renovierung. Das Highlight der Anlage ist der große beheizte Pool und die eher ruhige Lage.

Es war alles okay.

Insgesamt alles okay. Wobei die Bezeichnung Luxus-Apartmentes etwas übertrieben ist. Kleine Mängel sind vorhanden. (Z.B. Dusche war nicht sauber).Sehr engagierte und hilfbereite Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Pool ist das High Light. Für den nicht vorhandener TV Recorder für deutsche TV €40,- Zuzahlung, wober der Einbau des empfohlenen Fachmanns dann trotzdem nicht richtig funktionierte. Aber ztrotzdem: wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Apartement ist okay.

Dear Peter, as I explain before did not advertised German tv. I explain that there is only an smart tv and I try to find a person to get you cable German tv. Of course sometimes stop working and you have to restarted. I recommend next time to ask in advance for those request and not after you arrive. Thanks for the feedback about the shower. Take care

A Lovely Apartment

It is in a very good location within the development. We had four adults and a three year old child at one point staying in the accommodation for a week, although my wife and I stayed for a total of four weeks.It is a peaceful and quiet development. It has all modern facilities to enhance the enjoyment of the stay. Idaira, the owner, was very contactable and was very helpful and prompt responding to any queries or requirements I had. There is an excellent swimming pool on site. All other amenities are available in Arguineguin a 10 minute walk away which is a hilly trek. Arguineguin has numerous restaurants, bars and two safe beaches. All in all a wonderful stay.

A problem with the keys quickly sorted then three nice weeks in the sun in January. Nice pool, great apartment. Very hilly so you will get fit taking the walk into town.

A lovely stay in this apartment.

The complex is very smart and well maintained - looks as good as the pictures. The pool area was great with a warm, spotlessly clean pool. There were always loungers and parasols available. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The owner was easy to communicate with. We had a problem with the boiler, which she sorted quickly. We would stay again if visiting Gran Canaria. Apartment is only a 5 minute drive from lovely Anfi beach.

Great apartment in a modern complex - pool is superb spotlessly clean and well maintained - plenty of sunbeds and open from 8am to 10pm so caters for everyone - recently built complex which is maintained very well and peaceful location overlooking sea - about a 10 minute walk into town which is uphill all the way back so best to do in cool of the day - would thoroughly recommend apartment
