Beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a large terrace which has the sun from morning to sunset.

The apartment has a king-size bedroom with direct access to the terrace and a single bedroom that can accommodate two full-size single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped, which is ideal for self-catering with the option of indoor or outdoor dining whilst enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
The apartment's main bathroom has a walk-in shower.

A high standard is offered throughout this 2-bedroom property.

Situated only a 2-minute walk from the golden beach of beautiful Puerto de Mogan. There is a vast selection of bars and restaurants which offer a range of local and international menus to suit every palate. The apartment is unique in that it offers a quiet heated pool, shared only within this small complex. Around the pool, there are sunbeds & parasols which are there for your enjoyment.

Perfect for Alfresco dining is the large terrace with bbq and seating for up to 4 people.

The terrace receives the sun from early morning to the beautiful sunset in the evening. You can enjoy the beautiful evening sunshine on the terrace and watch the sun go down.

The lift is newly installed as of June 2025 and is expected to be in full working order. However, in the unlikely event of a malfunction, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience caused.

Mirador Apartments:
The small complex is located on a quiet residential street just a 2-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and ice-cream cafes. Two excellent supermarkets are within a few minutes walking distance. A further 1-minute walk takes you to the harbour/marina, known as 'Little Venice', with narrow pathways with Spanish arches overhead, dripping with tropical flowers.






Local Activities: Buggy Safari, yellow submarine, glass-bottom boat, market days, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, canoeing, pedalos, bike hire, whale & dolphin watching trips.

The apartment's WIFI has now been upgraded to Fibre.
Not suitable for wheelchair users as it is not an accessible apartment.

Absolutely gorgeous terrace! Nice apartment with everything you need. Only a short walk from the restaurants and Spar in the square. A bit further to the tourist traps on the waterfront!

Super find

Everything one needs to make it a very comfortable stay. Well equipped, central to everything- beach, shops, supermarkets and bus station, but very quiet. Lovely afternoon through to evening sun trap of a large terrace with a most welcome heated quiet pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and have nothing negative to say!

Highly recommend this lovely apartment

Lovely clean, spacious apartment with a huge sunny terrace. Very well equipped and comfortable throughout. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away and the pool is very refreshing! Only slight difficulty is the very limited parking outside if you have a rental car, but the nearby underground car park is a good option if needed. Would highly recommend this lovely apartment for a stay in Puerto de Mogan.

Fabulous stay

From booking to check out Kelly made everything so easy. Airport transfer organised & was 1st class. Met at apartment & shown around, everything explained clearly. Apartment is excellent with everything we needed to make our holiday very relaxing. Pool at apartment lovely & so quiet that we pretty much had it to ourselves for 10 days. 2 mins walk from beach, supermarket, shops, cafes & bars. Mogan is a lovely town & would recommend a visit.

Perfect location

Good sized apartment, there were only the two of us but it was useful to have the small extra bedroom to store luggage etc. Well equipped with everything we needed, although we only ate breakfast in the apartment we could easily have self catered (but there are so many excellent restaurants nearby). The huge, south facing terrace was an absolute sun trap.

Holiday in Mirador apartment Mogan

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment ,it was very clean and comfortable,everything there we needed,good location,large balcony where your can sit and watch the sun set every night.Greeted by Sue who was very friendly and helpful.The owner Kelly also helped with arranging airport transport.Very Good

The apartment was exactly as described. Bright, clean, fabulous large terrace which was in the sun from 10am until the sun went down. We stayed in February and had a few cloudy days but overall the temperature was as expected. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants but not noisy. On street parking is not ideal but all days we found a space within a short period

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was perfect for us, both in size and location and we had a lovely week staying there,. It was extremely well equipped although as we were so close to all the wonderful restaurants, we rarely ate in. The shared pool was perfect and usually very quiet. Both Kelly and Sue were quick to respond to any of our enquiries and to provide help if needed. I would thoroughly recommend staying in this lovely apartment if you want to have a great holiday in Puerto de Mogan and enjoy all it has to offer. The location couldn't be better.

Great location

Great Apartment

Lovely apartment with a super terrace and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed the pool area which was mostly very quiet. The apartment is in a quiet location within easy reach of beach, bars, restaurants and an excellent bus station. Our thanks to Kelly, the lovely owner, and to Sue, who looks after the property, for being so helpful. We would love to return.

Fabulous holiday

We had a fabulous holiday , apartment exceeded our expectations, spotlessly clean , well equipped, amazing shower . The location was ideal , quiet area , 3 mins from beach and abundance of restaurants. Large spar shop 5 mins away . Brilliant Apartment in an ideal location

This was our 3rd time in Mogan and our first time in this apartment. Ideal location, about a minute from the beach and shops. A huge terrace with plenty of room for our 2year old to play safely. Sue was great and very welcoming and even got some ice cream for our Son! No negatives at all, would definitely stay again!

Nice place, handy for beach and restaurants

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment at short notice and were pleased that we could be accommodated. There was plenty of room for three of us, and it would have been fine for four. The kitchen was well equipped and had a dishwasher and washing machine. There was a large terrace with table, chairs, bbq and sun beds overlooking the town, mountains and you see a bit of the sea at the end of the road. The pool is large enough to have a proper swim, and we usually had it to ourselves. I liked the location as it was quieter than being in the marina, but you could walk there in five minutes. The beach was a minute away. Lots of nice restaurants in the town. Kelly and Sue were responsive and helpful. I was pleased that we booked it for a quiet week at the end of November.

Wonderful 2 bed apartment with fantastic views

Kelly and Sue are fantastic at managing your stay! We love Mogan and have stayed many times but the apartment and hosts are brilliant and we really enjoyed our holiday. The 2 bed apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay and beautiful views from the terrace make it a perfect place to chill out. The apartments pool and overall location by the beach, shops & restaurants makes this a really perfect place to spend a week or two....

Very comfortable apartment

The apartment is in a very quiet position., but close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Comfy beds and a large sunny terrace to relax on. Everything you will need for a relaxing holiday, including a bbq, dish washer and even a washing machine. All in all I would recommend this apartment, perfect for a couple all a small family.

Beautiful apartment with very good location.

We are very happy with our stay. The apartment has a lovely terrace with sun from 10 in the morning to sunset about 19.00. You also have sea view from the terrace. From the apartment it is only 3 minutes walk to the beach. Easy for morning bath in the sea. Location is in a quiet area of PdM. The heated pool in the building is also an advantage. Only five minutes walk to the foodstore. A lot of good restaurants in walking distance. Very nice and easy to do your own dinner and have a nice meal in the lovely terrace. The apartment has washing machine and dishwasher. Very good to have when you are on holiday. The location near by the bus station give the possibility to reach many fine walks in the mountains and other places on the island. We have stayed in the apartment two times and are very happy to come back next year.
