Fabulous Tuscany Getaway

Our only complaint is we did not stay longer! The hospitable owner obviously takes great pride in providing a clean welcoming apartment and opening up his garden for all to enjoy.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Comfort and quietness in the heart of Chianti. Excellent!

We had a very pleasant and restful week here in July. The apartment is spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. From the house you have a magnificient view on vineyards and olive groves. The accomodation offers all modern amenities you can think of including Wi-Fi and even air conditioning. You can feel at home the moment you arrive. Additionally, there is a wonderful garden with olive trees and und bushes of rosemary where you can relax listening to the chirping of the cicadas. Our children especially enjoyed playing table tennis. Claudio is a very friendly owner who gave us a warm welcome and insight into history and life in Tuscany. Florence, San Gimignano, Greve and many other beautiful places are easy to reach. All in all - one of the best accomodations we ever had! We would really like to come back.

Wonderful place and a very friendly host - remote but still close to Florence, San Gimigniano etc.

We enjoyed 12 days in Claudio's apartment on the first floor. A remote place but still close to e.g. Florence, San Gimigniano, Sienna and Volterra (max. 1 hour drive). Plenty of space in the apartment and the wonderful garden made the location a perfect place for us: lying in the sun, playing table tennis, sitting in the shade beneath olive trees or seeking shelter under the covered terrace when it suddenly started to rain. Many thanks! Christiane and Inga

A beautifully renovated apartment in typical Tuscan countryside handy to Florence.

Claudio's property is dramatically superior to any others we have stayed in, in Italy, probably ever. Well appointed, brilliant location and a wonderful host. You couldn't ask for much more other than to be able to stay longer. Our stay was very enjoyable though even if it was the last 4 nights of nearly 3 months in Italy... Congratulations Claudio on carrying out such a successful renovation and allowing others to enjoy it.

Delightful

A clean, spacious and well equipped apartment attractively decorated and furnished . We were delighted with the opportunity to relax in the olive groves which are attached to the property. The owner could not have been more helpful. We received a warm friendly welcome as well as efficient dealings in the booking of the property. The hamlet is in a good location , only 6 minutes and four hairpins from the Firenze-Siena expressway but a million miles away from it in every other respect. A peaceful haven but with easy access to classic Chianti .

Farmhouse in chianti region

Charming villa and gardens with beautiful vistas of characteristic vineyards, and softly rolling hills. Made for that repose needed by city dwellers. Very close to multiple secluded but excellent restaurants. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Claudio is charming and has made this house a home. Clean ,neat, charming Olive Garden, and it's as if he anticipated all the needs of his guests(even practical like first aid). We would really come back!
