Villa Luigi & Luisa are beautiful holiday homes in the village Bazjaki, just above the Mirna River in northern Istria. Surrounded by woods where the famous Istrian truffles are found, the views from the balconies and the garden extend over the entire valley and the fortified town of Motovun. The stunning nature of northern Istria – sea, forest, hills, medieval towns – everything you want will come true here. We have prepared interesting tours and excursions, trekking, horseback riding, hiking, and more. Car is necessary.
The property consists of two houses rented only together as a single unit and hosting up to 14 people for a unique and untypical vacation. One house has 2 and the other 4 en suite bedrooms. As a special feature, you will find a fully stocked cellar where you can try the best local beverages and other products. Outside, there is a 50m2 infinity pool, a carefully tended garden, outdoor dining area, and kitchen with barbecue. The property has been lovingly restored and decorated with a lot of character. A breath-taking view, which spreads from the hillside of the Mirna river valley over to the surrounding landscape, makes staying in Bazjaki an unforgettable experience.
Dogs are welcome with an extra charge of 10 EUR/dog/day, due upon arrival.

Near your villa apartment is the Parenzana cycling and hiking trail. This route takes you through old railway tunnels, vineyards, and olive groves offering a unique way to experience the natural beauty of Istria.
A 40km drive could take you to the world-famous Arena in Pula - one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheatres in the world; or in the opposite direction to Rovinj, one of the most photogenic towns in the Mediterranean.
For wine aficionados, the region is known for its excellent Istrian and Malvasia wines. Visit a local winery, like the Kozlovic or Matosevic Winery, and partake in some wine tasting.
