Bravaholidays-250. Great views, Swimming pool, Air Conditioning. 2 bedrooms

Apartment of 2 double rooms very comfortable, spacious with good dining room with exit to a terrace with sea views, and communal area with large swimming pool.

The dining room is immaculate, with air conditioning, LED TV. Spacious and bright. Although not yet shown in the photos there will be a new sofa-bed type clip-clap very comfortable for 2 people. A spacious and pleasant stay with direct access to the terrace and access to the kitchen, differentiating the day area from the night area.

It has a well equipped kitchen with direct access to the dining room and a very complete bathroom

The double room is very bright and comfortable with a good mattress, and the 2nd bedroom is also very spacious with a trundle bed if used as a double. Ideal for children to play with space and lots of light.

The apartment is next to the same promenade, It hardly takes 2 minutes to reach the beach. In addition communal area with a large and beautiful swimming pool, sun loungers for free use, well equipped.

It is also close to supermarkets and a multitude of shops and shops around, etc. All within a 4-5 minute walk.

It also has bars and restaurants of different types to eat or dine, from typical paella and fish, to pizzerias or even more typical ones, and home-made food, according to taste.

OPTIONAL ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY: Parking, high chair and travel cot, bed linen and towels, transportation to / from the airport, cleaning service, etc. (With extra cost).

Bon sejour a Blanes

L'appartement est proche de la mer. Toutefois, le parking nest pas inclus dans la location du logement. 10 euros par jour. En outre, c'est un appartement en cours de rénovation.

Résidence bien située

La résidence est à 2 pas de la plage et la piscine est très agréable. L'appartement est conforme à la description. La terrasse n'est pas très grande mais permet de bénéficier d'une jolie vue. Nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de matériel pour cuisiner mais nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et Jordi s'est montré très disponible pour toutes nos questions.

Ideale zon strand vakantie

Op de 4e verdieping een ruim voldoende appartement voor 3 personen. Prachtig uitzicht over de zee en vanaf 10:00 tot vroeg in de avond zon op balkon. Binnen 5 minuten op het strand; mooi schoon maar wel vrij kort strand. Groot zwembad met ligstoelen en parasol, vrij toegankelijk met eigen sleutel. Helaas niet toegestaan om te eten en drinken bij het zwembad. In voor en naseizoen lekker rustig. Eigenaar Jordy reageert snel op apps in goed Engels. Tegen meerprijs parkeerplaats in kelder van het gebouw. Een aanrader! Heerlijke vakantie gehad midden september. Temperatuur nog tussen 25 en 30 graden. Veel restaurants op loopafstand.
