This beach apartment is located just one block from Barcelona´s Mediterranean shoreline in Diagonal Mar.
There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin one with trundle bed and one complete bathroom. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room lead out onto the terrace and allow lots of natural sunlight to pass through the entire apartment. The balcony has a seating area and is perfect for guests lounging on a lazy afternoon or evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances including dishwasher, coffee machine and oven.
There is an elevator in the building, two swimming pools and 24 hours security. Facilities include Wifi, hot/cool AC, safety deposit box, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Bed linens and towels are provided for each guest in the apartment
Diagonal Mar has plenty to offer for everyone. For beach lovers and sun worshippers, the beach is just one block away. Take a relaxing stroll in some of the various communal parks in the zone or spend the day at Diagonal Mar shopping mall where you will find top retailers, an hypermarket, a variety of bars and restaurants. The historic city centre is within easy reach by short taxi ride or by catching direct metro line. The International Convention Centre CCIB and Parc del Forum, home place for many of the city´s major music festivals and corporate events is few hundred meters away.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).
Please give us a call 30 minutes before you get to the apartment at +34607738235. There is no physical reception at the apartment, so it is important to call us in advance to ensure a smooth and quick check-in process.
Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.
The apartment boasts electric scooters.
Public parking available on request for 17.50€ per night.

Swimming pool opens in summer only. Closures are subject to change based on weather and maintenance.
