This wonderful apartment, located in Diagonal Mar, boasts 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) with spacious built in wardrobes. The bathroom is finished in neutral tones with a bathtub. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided for each guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware and there are also dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. If you are coming to Barcelona by car, parking is also available in the complex.
It is just one block from the Nova Mar Bella beach. The most highly valued aspects of this beach are cleanliness and peacefulness. The center is easily reached by public transport (bus or direct metro line) or by taxi in less than 10 minutes.
The complex has an array of top class facilities, all in the communal area, including a swimming pool and changing area. To have acces to the swimming pool is necessary to have a card, which will be provided to the guest for 100€ guarantee. In the vicinity there are also many green open spaces and landscaped parks. This is an ideal location to combine a beach with city and experience one of the most popular city destinations in Europe.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs that vary depending on arrival time.
Check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. have an extra charge of 30€, between 11:45 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. it will be 60€ and after 1:30 a.m. is only upon prior confirmation and extra charge (TO BE CONFIRMED).

Clients are committed to act with the utmost courtesy and respect towards neighbors and other apartment building residents. Loud noise and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited. The non-fulfillment of any of these norms can cause the immediate expulsion of the clients from the flat without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation. The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
The Tourist Tax must be paid upon arrival, it's mandatory for all guests and it's of 2.48€ x adult (older tan 16 years old) x night. This cost is only applicable to the first 7 nights.
The apartment boasts electric scooters.
Public parking available on request for 27.50€ per night.
