Perfect location to enjoy the beach and site seeing!

Ani & Gustavo’s apartment was perfect for our week-long stay in Poblenou. The location can’t be beat with a metro station at the corner, a beautiful beach within walking distance and restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc. all nearby. The apartment was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well, although we didn’t need it as much as we expected! My daughter loved the bunk beds. We had plenty of space. The only issue we had (leaking shower kit) was quickly resolved (a brand new shower kit was installed - so nice!). Ani & Gustavo were easy to reach and quick to respond. We hope to visit again!

Energy

Living room furniture motivates lots of walks outdoors. Very firm bed. Bring a frying pan. Faltering living room AC on a 5 hour timer, set your alarm to get up to reset. I brought my fan to blow livingroom air into the master bedroom. Large outside plant blocks the heat exchanger airflow. Move it down to the deck to improve AC efficiency. Demand hot water system does not kick in if low demand. Run the sink while you take a shower to get a good shower. Great location. Thanks for use of the beach umbrellas. Easy access from airport. A1 or A2 bus then L4 subway to Poblenau

Appartement à 15 mns de la plage, tous commerces aux environs. Propriétaire très sympathique et serviable. Mais la location est très chère pour le standing donné.

Perfect location for relaxing

My friends and I loved the apartment. It was in the perfect location in a very fun neighborhood. There was a metro stop directly across the street, and you could be to the Gothic Quarter and other tourist spots in 10-15 minutes. The beach was a very easy 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend the apartment to people wanting safe and fun area with lots of restaurants.

Typisches Flair in Barcelona

Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen. Dies war meine fünfte Wohnung in diesem Stadtteil. Für mich ist Barcelona wie ein zweites Zuhause und ich werde die Unterkunft gerne wieder buchen, wenn sie bei meinem nächsten Besuch verfügbar ist.

Splendida accoglienza

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, siamo stati molto bene e la mobilità molto facile. Il quartiere mantiene ancora uno spirito autentico e locale. Ani la proprietaria ci ha accolti con simpatia e attenzione, dimostrandosi attenta è disponibile. Lo consigliamo vivamente Marta e famiglia P.s. Tolle Lage

Tolle Lage direkt an der Metro. Die kleine Wohnung war für uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) ausreichend groß. Die Lage direkt an der gelben Linie (L4) war ein prima Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Zu Fuß konnte man in 10 Minuten das Meer erreichen.

Pleasant host, convenient to metro, quiet neighborhood, but small and shabby.

Ani, our host, was very accommodating and helpful. The flat is less that a block from a metro station in a relatively modest neighborhood which is not at all a tourist area. The flat is small, with a very small bathroom, and is not furnished or maintained to the standards one would expect for a vacation rental. Beds were uncomfortably firm, and the general condition of the flat is barely adequate.

Im no way am i going to accept these words b because the person i hosted and who would never accept it again because of his behavoir. Resuming: with his great strength and bach control, he demaged the two windows blinds when they worked perfectly.So a technisian had to come to repair them. In the shower ( bathroom new), the sewer plug disappeared when this person stayed, and he did not take charge either. Conclusion, it is very easey to speak without telling the truth. I woud never accept it as HOST!!!

Super location

This is a good apartment in an ideal location for all that Barcelona has to offer. The beaches and port are within easy walking distance, a huge selection of great restaurants, bars and shops are practically on the doorstep, and the Metro is just across the road for venturing further into the city. Everything in the accommodation was just as described and our host could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thanks Ani!

The apartment was modern & very clean & tidy

Our family , my wife & 12yr old son stayed here for a long weekend in may . This place was great & we highly recommend it.This apartment was in a great location in poblenou with a metro about 50mtrs from the entrance and with lots of cafes & bars all within a small walk from it couldn't have been better also the beautiful beach is only a 10min walk . Annie the owner was kind & very welcoming when she met us there even though we'd been delayed on our flight for over an hour . This apartment wss great overall & we would definitely stay there again when we go back to Barcelona

Très bien situé, besoin de rénovation et de ménage

Appartement très bien situé : quartier vivant, sympathique, tout proche du métro Poblenou, à quelques rues de la mer, super. Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. MAIS l'appartement a vraiment besoin de nettoyage ! Nous avons dû tout nettoyer en arrivant, y compris le sol (la propriétaire s'en est excusée et nous a remboursé le coût de la femme de ménage). La cuisine et la salle de bains ont vraiment besoin de rénovation : changer frigo, micro-onde et accessoires, refaire les joints de douche très moisis... A recommander donc après un vrai coup de propre !

Great location, great apartment.

Had to cancel booking due to bereavement, however on reflection decided to go, Ani & her husband were so kind to accommodate us at short notice. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults & 2 kids & poblenou is a lovely area to stay in and explore but still just a quick metro ride to the busy city centre.

Très bien pour allier plage et visite de Barcelone

Nous avons passé dix jours à Barcelone en famille, à 4. Par rapport à l'appartement, il y a des choses que nous avons aimées, d'autres moins. Mais les choses que nous avons aimées sont les plus nombreuses et nous recommanderions cet appartement. Il correspond à ce qui est décrit dans l'annonce. Ce que nous avons aimé : - L'accueil très sympathique par Ani et Gustavo. Ils sont très serviables et à l'écoute. Ani parle anglais et Gustavo parfaitement français. (Merci Gustavo pour le parking et la chaîne à regarder pour le Tour de France...). - L'appartement est très bien situé. Pour les déplacements : 10mn à pied d'une grande plage. 5mn à pied des ramblas Poblenou, très vivants. Métro presqu'en face de l'appartement. 10-15mn pour être au centre. Pour se garer : grand parking couvert et gardé 9 euros par jour à deux rues de l'appartement. - L'appartement est calme même si le quartier est vivant. - Tous commerces à proximité (2mn à pied). Plusieurs boulangeries pâtisseries, des kiosques journaux, des supermarchés etc... - L'appartement est joliment décoré, agréable. Il est situé au premier étage (pratique. Peu de marches d'escalier à monter et descendre ). Ce que nous avons moins aimé : - La climatisation qui se coupe toutes les deux heures. Par temps chaud, la nuit est difficile. Il faut réenclencher toutes les deux heures ou supporter la chaleur... - Il faut vider un récipient régulièrement qui est sur le balcon et qui se remplit d'eau selon l'utilisation de la climatisation. - la Wifi ne fonctionne pas bien. Difficile d'aller sur internet... Mais c'est le quartier qui veut ça...

Très joli appartement

Très joli appartement dans le quartier de Poblenou, à Barcelone. Appartement bien situé, bien équipé. Ce fut parfait pour notre escapade familiale. Anni et Gustavo ont été vraiment très sympas (et patients, désolé pour le retard...) Un grand merci à vous, hasta pronto

Appartement et emplacement parfait

Accueil très courtois et simpatico! Le quartier est calme mais vivant (une Rambla est à proximité). De nombreux commerces (poissonnerie...) sont à proximité. La mer et les bistro à Tapas aussi. PobleNou est un quartier qui nous as enchanté.
