Villa Diva is located in one of the quietest areas of Moraira, only five minutes by car from the best beaches and a few minutes from the town centre. Perfect if you are looking for a holiday home big on privacy but, at the same time, close to the main tourist attractions of Moraira.



On the first floor, there is an entrance hall that opens to the dining room, lounge and kitchen. The kitchen newly built and of modern style is fully equipped and offers domestic appliances of the last generation. On the opposite, the dining room, very bright for being close to the access door of the patio. There is also a guest toilet.



From the entrance hall, you can also access to bedroom #1 and to bedroom # 4 with two single beds pushed together, air conditioning and direct access to the patio. Next to it is bathroom#1 with bathtub.



On the second floor are bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 has 2 single beds pushed together and air conditioning. But the best thing about this bedroom is the bathroom en suite #2 entirely reformed with shower.



Bedroom#3, also with air conditioning, has a double bed. Next to bedroom #3 you will find bathroom#3 with bathtub and shower.



Finally, it is worth mentioning that Villa Diva has a private pool and large terraces with panoramic views of the mountain, with several relaxing areas to sunbathe. The best is its built-in barbecue with 2 dining areas, one of them roofed, all surrounded by a cared garden.

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.Large scale celebrations are not allowed. Only friends and family visits are allowed. It is forbidden to accommodate more people than the capacity of the house.

It is forbidden to smoke and to light candles inside the house.

1 small pet of 10 kg maximum is allowed. On request and with a cleaning fee.
