Enclosed area with large gardens, in an elevated area of the city, so it has magnificent views over the sea and the city, 600 m away. from the beach and 400 from the center. It consists of a hall, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them in the master bedroom, a full kitchen, a laundry room, a large terrace with sea views, a swimming pool and a garage space. Capacity for 6 people (1 double bed and 4 single beds).
All exterior, second floor with elevator.

Nette Vermieter mit Übersetzungshandy .Wohnung im 2STOCK mit Blick aufs MEER und Innenstadt.City etwa 1KM entfernt und das Meer etwa 1,7KM.Also etwas mehr laufen muss man schon als angegeben.Dafür geht es nur Bergab aber nicht vergessen zurück gehts dann nur Bergauf.Ansonsten ist die FEWO sehr zu empfehlen.Tiefgarage im Haus sowie ein Aufzug runden alles ab.

Gracias a Luis y su familia que han sido unos huéspedes maravillosos. Desde antes de su llegada, por teléfono, ya se respiraba un clima de "buen rollito" con esta familia, lo que se confirmó desde el momento de su llegada y durante su estancia.
