Málaga: apartamentos

This is a very well-located apartment. It’s on the 7th floor of the building, and if you look out the window – you’ll be amazed by the view. It’s yet another perfect location from Caleta Homes: this time, by choosing the Muelle Uno Studio, we stayed right by the Muelle Uno promenade and at the same time just next to Malagueta Beach. It was only a short walk to the heart of the old town. If, like us, you choose this place – trust me, you’ll feel comfortable and at ease here. The cleverly hidden kitchenette makes it easy to prepare a meal if you’re not in the mood to eat out. It’s another property from this host that we’ve tried and another one that didn’t disappoint. The Caleta Homes team is always just a message away – always in touch and ready to help. I felt, once again, wonderfully and thoughtfully taken care of. This apartment doesn’t use a key code – you need to collect the key from the office, but that’s not an issue. In fact, it’s a pleasure – because it gives you the chance to meet a real person, and they truly are great people. (By the way: Cristina – it was such a pleasure to see you in person! :))

El apartamento es de 10, muy amplio y muy limpio y con muy buena ubicación, recomendable al 100%. La propietaria muy amable y atenta en todo momento.

El apartamento está genial y el trato con Ángel es estupendo. Facilita todo lo que puede la llegada y la entrega de llaves, está pendiente de que todo esté perfecto en la casa, con todo lo necesario, e indica lo que hay por la zona (supermercados, panaderías, etc). El apartamento estaba muy limpio cuando llegué, se corresponde a la perfección con el anuncio. La terraza es una pasada tanto de día como de noche. Edificio tranquilo, no hay nada de ruido.

100% recomendable, en pleno centro rodeado de todo tipo de servicios pero en una calle muy tranquila. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en Malaga. Pilar es un encanto fue muy atenta y se presta a ayudar en todo, Cogi el aparcamiento por 5€ al dia, merece la pena ya que esta justo en el edificio de enfrente , te acompaña te deja el mando del garaje para que entres y salgas cuando quieras. La unica pega el tiempo con lluvia y muy desapacible pese a ser primavera.

La estancia en este piso ha sido inmejorable. Excelente ubicación, tranquilidad, espacioso, cuidando todos los detalles, vamos que nos ha encantado y no dudaremos en repetir pronto! La propietaria, muy detallista y pendiente de que todo estuviese a nuestro gusto, un encanto!
