About the property

Unique townhouse sleeps six people in a privileged situation opposite Palma beach with open views, close to the Cathedral and park. The house has three floors. On the first level is the open plan dining and living room, with glass doors that flood the area with light and open onto the balcony. There is a well equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking at home, a bedroom with traditional double bed, and toilet are also found on this floor.

The next level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with large double bed and desk, there is a dressing area and en suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower.

Go up another level to the third huge bedroom with two single beds, seating area and table and chairs with views to the sea, there is also a bathroom with walk in shower.

The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Staying in this house you can enjoy Palma at its best; it is just across the road to the beach, there is a 17km cycle path all along the sea front, you are in the historical centre of Palma, and the trendy fishing village or Portixol with all its seaside restaurants and bars is easily walkable. The Anima beach club is only 200m and Nassau beach club a short walk away.

Close by are the shopping areas, Colon, Jaime II, Borne, San Miguel, Sindicato and the department store El Corte Ingles, also cafeterias, Restaurants and Boutiques.

Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry.

Not forgetting the famous Tuesday nights busy "Routa Martiana" which happens in the area of Plaza Mayor, where all the tapas bars are open offering tapas and beer or wine for 2.00€ each.

The famous antique train to Soller also leaves from Palma, travelling through the beautiful countryside, to the village of Soller.

-Please note if your arrival to the property is after 20.00 hours, there is a late check in fee which can be paid in cash on arrival.

-Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hrs departure at 10:00 hrs. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.

-We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.

-There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

-Prices are for this property in Euros.

-Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.

-Bookings also taken for December through to March. During the winter months city gas will be charged extra.

-Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.

-The heating of this property is by gas, paid 10€ per day

From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicated for travelers over the age of 16 years old.

You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.

Boendet har bra läge, men lite jobbig trapp upp till själva ingången. Det var också svårt att stänga en fönsterlucka i ett sovrum och gardinen hängde på sniskan. Vissa köksattiraljer saknades som var beskrivna, men i övrigt helt OK.
