Duplex con solarium vistas al Puerto del Portixol, castillo de bellver y ciudad de Palma. Tan solo a 25 metros podrá disfrutar de la playa y de un precioso paseo maritimo, ideal para pasear, running o ir en bicicleta. Tan solo 500m del Palacio de Congresos. Es una de las zonas mas exclusivas del mediterraneo según publica el Financial Times. Ideal para descansar en familia, muy tranquila y al mismo tiempo muy cerca del centro antiguo de Palma. El Portixol ha sido un pueblo pesquero, antiguo suburbio de Palma que ha rejuvenecido y se ha puesto de moda otra vez entre residentes y turistas. Sus propiedades son antiguas casas de los pescadores, que se han convertido en atractivos inmuebles. Además, el pueblo cuenta con todo tipo de bares, cafés y restaurantes frente al mar. Perfect Stay

Our favorite by far was the 3rd floor large balcony overlooking the Palma marina. We could see both sunrise and sunset. But the house as a whole was also fantastic. Bedrooms had all we needed; the 2nd floor bedroom had beautiful sliding door closets with drawers inside and the kitchen had whatever we needed to cook in.

Amazing house and location

Everything was perfect with the house and location. Beach, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. East walk to Palma city along the back of the main beach. Not a single negative.

Awesome stay in a great location

From the first day to the last everything was great, comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax, top floor porch was great with nice views of the city and the harbor. Aitor was very attentive and the oranges, lemons and limes were appreciated. Did not want to leave!

Lovely stay at this gorgeous Portixol Apartment

This gorgeous apartment in the Portixol area of Palma is a real gem - the host is very accommodating and communicative, the location is great and the rooftop deck is just wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely time in this vacation rental. The location is wonderful, close (walking distance on nice days) to old town Palma with terrific restaurants and of course the fabulous port view. Aitor was a gracious host and the home was very well stocked and included many thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful apartment in a beatiful area

The apartment was clean and beatifully decorated. Aitor was a brilliant host. We loved the area with a lot of nice restaurants. We rented bicycles and we loved to visit a lot of nice places.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with an amazing view of the marina. The home was very well maintained, very clean and very comfortable. There were many restaurants within a few minutes walk. Our hosts were very accommodating and kind. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Fabulous

We had a super time here. It’s a fabulous location over looking the harbour. The layout is great with the roof terrace. Apartment was very clean, and really well equipped kitchen to be able to cook no problem. Communication with Aitor was great also, super responsive. 10/10.

Perfect place

We had a perfect stay in the duplex in Portixol. The duplex is just as lovely as you can see in the pictures, and Aitor is a gentle, serviceminded and welcoming host. We loved the Portixol area! In walking distance of Palma center and the Old town, yet quiet and with very nice local restaurants and cafes. You can take walks by the sea, rent a bike or a car to explore the island. I would be happy to return.

Rooftop dining with the marina view...LOVELY!

We really enjoyed this property. It's incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. It's right by the marina and has a beach close by not the nicest one we went to, but definitely convenient. Beautiful hotel and restaurant next-door so you can walk over and have fine dining. About a 45 minute drive to all the attractions so if you rent a car, you will be all set. Parking was not hard at all. We loved staying here. I would definitely recommend it.

Great apartment

Great location where we were able to park nearby for free (we visited at the end of September). The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and clean. The sunny terrace is a nice bonus. Close to a supermarket and some lovely restaurants. You can walk into the centre in approx 20-30 mins. Would recommend!

A real gem

The property was perfect for our stay: my husband and I took the bedroom and bathroom on one level and our guests each had a bedroom and shared a bathroom on a different level. We stayed 7 nights and there was plenty of space so that we were not cramped and there is plenty of storage. Sunrises and sunsets on the terrace were marvelous. A supermarket is less than 10 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook two dinners rather than go out. The view of the marina and the hotel next door are also pluses. Aitor is a great host and we had no problems at all with communications and access to him when we had questions. We honestly have nothing negative to say about the property, the host, the location, and Palma.

Best VRBO so far (10+ years and counting)

I booked this place for a week's stay for me and 2 coworkers coming to Palma for a convention, and then extended it 3 more days for when my family joined me. It is an amazing apartment in a perfect location! We walked most of the time - 10-15 min to the convention center, about 25min to the cathedral/historic area, 20min to city center. When we wanted a taxi we walked around the corner to get one from the hotel. The local beach is 3min away and you cannot beat the gorgeous marina views from the rooftop patio. The apartment beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Aitor was very helpful, even helping us out with a late check out since our plane to Barcelona was at night. I hope to return someday!

And chanting stay at this beautiful residence.

We absolutely loved this gorgeous condo and our experience staying in it. Our host Aiorta was a great communicator. Met us when we arrived to show us the condo and explained everything. He responded to any inquiry quickly, and was thoughtful and every way. The residence itself is beautifully appointed with so many personal charming touches that make it feel like a very elegant home. It was perfect for our family of five with three young adults for creating space and togetherness. The rooftop especially was enchanting to have our family dinners with gorgeous views. The location is perfect, close to a Palma to be able to get there quickly, but also away from the crowds. I especially loved being near the sea and being able to walk and bike ride along the fir miles. We cannot wait to return to this magical condo.

A beautiful home from home in a great location

This apartment is a real gem! A quick message from the airport to say we’d arrived and Aitor, the host, met us at the apartment late at night to show us round. The apartment belongs to his parents and is very well maintained and comfortable, with lovely decorations and ornaments making it feel more like a home than a holiday house. There is everything we needed for a comfortable family holiday, from a well kitted out kitchen to a great sun deck with amazing views of the harbour. We loved that the deck is in the sun all day but we had the option of a sun shade if we needed it. The views are gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting there with a glass of the wine that Aitor kindly left for us. The location is great too, close to everything but peaceful too. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, a choice of beaches and a good supermarket only a few minutes walk away. We particularly liked the walk into Palma which was only 20 minutes away. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and we hope to return one day.
