About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Cozy and secure

 • 5 of 5

We went for a weekend get away just to relax and stay put. What a great place to go with a couple friends and their families. There's plenty of space and indoor amenities. 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. There is alot of stairs but the floor plan makes it easy to carry out different activities on diff floors. 40 stairs total.... Great place❤️ THANK YOU

Great Party house

 • 3 of 5

Had an amazing rec room in the garage downstairs where u can blast music and kids wont wake upstairs. SOO many stairs so dont recommend bringing pregnant ones. (2 friends had a tough time up the 3 story house.)
Tub went cold after the first night there so that sucked. This place had alot of bad reviews about the tub not working so beware. Great party house if u dont mind dirty beds and cold tubs. (all the beds had hair from previous ppl) ugh

Owner's Response: We are very sorry to see this guest experienced trouble with the tub and wish they had contacted us right away. The problem with the hot tub is typically user error because of the uniqueness of this hot tub's settings buttons. We are working on getting a plate made to cover the setting buttons so guests don't accidentally set it into econ/sleep mode anymore. This hot tub does take 6-10 hours to heat up once it's cooled off in econ mode, so we understand why our guests get frustrated. We hope the plate will resolve this recurring situation. Thank you!

Location +

 • 4 of 5

We had a 4 couple New Year's Eve stay. Top floor and kitchen great views. Would have preferred having a showers rather than Jacuzzi in 2 of the bedrooms so somewhat dated. Definitely a lost of stairs so hauling dinner supplies some work, but it was worth it with the view and great room on top floor.

Good value for the price but some things to improve

 • 4 of 5

We got this house over the holidays to stay in with our family (two couples, a single, and two children). We loved the location, with views of the ocean and close access to Lincoln City amenities and an easy walk to the beach.

The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and we ended up cooking in a lot thanks to the stormy weather. We loved that each individual bedroom had its own set up for a sink, shower or bath, and even a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Never felt like we were getting in each other way as other places we've stayed.

Yes, as others have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs. Getting in and out was a good workout but wasn't a problem.

The couple of issues we had included the beds and the heat. Most of the beds seemed old and were fairly uncomfortable and loud. The house was freezing and took a long time to get up to 70 degrees and the wall heaters had trouble maintaining even heat in the bedrooms. The fireplace was nice for upstairs and the game room but the entrance and the first flight of stairs never got above 50 degrees.

While not perfect, the place was nice enough for four nights and the price was a bargain for what we've typically paid. That price comes with tradeoffs, of course, but they weren't deal breakers.

2 thumbs up

Such a wonderful house. We all felt right at home. The stairs were an issue for some of our older out of shape family. The house is so cozy and the view is absolutely amazing. I would
Love to stay here again.
