Welcome to our contractor accommodation, designed for the modern professional on the go. This recently refurbished 3 bedroom terraced house located in Leigh, Greater Manchester next door to another similar property. For larger groups, depending upon availability, you may book both houses. Both could comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
This unit has 3 twin bedrooms, with 6 single beds, plush bedding, and ample storage for your personal belongings. WE also provide a dedicated workspace with high speed internet throughout the house, so you can stay connected and productive during your stay. There is a modern shower room and a separate cloakroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. We also provide all the necessary kitchen utensils and cookware to make meal preparation easy.
The living/dining room is a shared space for coming together with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen wall mounted TV and small dining table.
There is free street parking for up to 2 vehicles directly in front of or close to the house.
Located on a residential street, within walking distance of Leigh town centre, it is still close to major road networks and motorways offering easy access to Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Manchester, St Helens and Haydock.
