Wow! Enjoy this contemporary designed condo with all the amenities including beach view. This completely renovated 1,225 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom one of a kind beach getaway. This home is all about the details! Oversized ceramic tile throughout the entire home ensures comfort. The redesigned modern and open kitchen includes large, extended breakfast bar, under counter valance lighting with glass subway tile backsplash ensuring a warm mood for evening dining and entertainment.

The living room features new leather couch and loveseat while watching the 47 inch wall mounted HD flat screen TV with cable and a ceiling fan to help keep you cool. The large outdoor balcony has ocean views, promising spectacular Florida sunsets. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a 42 inch wall mounted HD flat screen TV with cable and also has a ceiling fan. Master bathroom has large walk in ceramic tile shower, and granite countertop with two undermount sinks.

The second bedroom features a built in closet, queen bed, and single bed with a 32 inch wall mounted HD flat screen TV with cable and ceiling fan. The guest bathroom features ceramic tile surround with a new bathtub, granite countertop and undermount sink.

Also included is a full size washer and dryer making laundry convenient. Our condo has a fully furnished kitchen , luxury linens, extra pillows and luxury towels, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, floats, boogie boards, umbrellas, cooler and beach bags.

It really doesn't get much better than this! This is a non smoking home. Walk outside and you are just moments from all the attractions! Secure complex with locked entry ways and multiple security cameras.

Swimming in the clear gulf waters, soaking in the heated pool, relaxing in the hot tub all just steps away. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is just across the street! At the "Pass" you and your family and friends can enjoy over 100 unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beach Bar. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its beautiful white sand beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world. Enjoyed our stay. The condo was on the third floor next to a secure stairwell, a convenient garbage shoot, and still very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a very nice condo and the owners were readily available for any questions. Also the elevator for this building is a nice size, works quick and smooth and smells nice. If you’ve stayed on the beach you this is an unusual trifecta.

Again enjoyed our stay at Crimson on the Gulf. Location is terrific. Had great beach weather most days. Hope pool and hot tub are repaired soon, but it was great to have an elevator. Let’s hope hurricanes stay away.

We are Ed and Danette Patrick. We currently live in Granville, Ohio. We love our home that we built as it's in the middle of the woods with a lot of privacy. Our retirement dream is to live in the Caribbean on a beautiful island.

We have 3 sweet, mini goldendoodles. They are just the cutest, sweetest little things you will ever see. Had to get one of each color, brown, cream and black. We also have 3 cats, 1 indoor, 1 indoor/outdoor and 1 outdoor(with access to the basement). I never thought we would like to have an outdoor cat, but it is fun to be outside and they just wonder thru the woods with you.
