Unparalleled beach and gulf views from your private 30-foot balcony. Updated granite chef's kitchen with stainless appliances. Tiled throughout with updated tile and granite baths. The Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath, and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. Open spacious dining and living area open to the beachfront balcony. Washer and dryer in unit. 7-night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions.

This is a nonsmoking home.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Perfect Location

Perfect location across from John's Pass where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Plenty of beach gear provided in the unit. Beautiful beach views from this corner unit. Would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Outstanding

Of all the properties I’ve stayed at in recent years, this one easily tops them all. The location is perfect, the property and unit are well maintained and the owners made sure to reach out with helpful information during the holiday week. The unit is well appointed with all sorts of small touches that make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Will be looking for this property again the next time we’re in the area.

The condo was perfect. All of the essentials were provided including beach supplies. Location couldn’t be any better since it’s right across the street from John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk.

Perfect Location

Great property! Clean, well equipped with beach necessities (chairs, towels, coolers, etc). Could not have asked for a better location! I hope to book this same unit again, in the future!

Perfect Beach Getaway

What an excellent property. The property was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The location can not be beat with a large beach on one side and Johns Pass on the other. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach Spot

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit. Being on the corner we had a wonderful view down the beach. While it was crowded at times (it was the height of Spring Break) the beach was quiet in the morning and evenings. The kitchen was wonderful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The place was very clean and very well stocked. New washer/dryer unit was so appreciated. The beach towels and bags came in very handy as well! Our host was responsive. I have no complaints other than wishing the pool area were a little bigger. But we were happy it was open and heated! Many were not due to the hurricane. My kids loved Butterball :) Iykyk.

Great Madeira Beach condo

Great condo and great location. Parking spot was right by the stairs and elevators for an easy in and out. Great view of the beach from two sides of the condo. A number of great shops and restaurants in walking distance. Condo had everything you would ever need from beach chairs to towels to toasters and all kitchen utensils. Everything was as it should be, and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Always a good time

We have stayed at this condo several times. It is in a perfect location. The beach views are stunning. The condo is always in tip top shape. Since our last visit some appliances have been updated, new furtniture and finishes have been touched up. We can always count on this being a comfortable and reliable spot to stay. There are always nice beach chairs and some other beach gear as well as towels. The owners also put out some simple toiletries to get you started. Love this condo - its one of our favorites.

Beautiful condo, right on the beach!

The condo is beautiful and well kept up. The location is great, in that it is walking distance to John's Pass and right on the beach. We have stayed in a few other condos, in this same building, with a gulf view, but this one was by far the nicest one we have stayed. The condo has beach chairs, kids toys, and even beach towels! We love staying on this corner of the building because it has the best view, in my opinion, as you don't see a building right next door when you look out the side of the balcony. Owner is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. We will be back for sure!!

PARADISE

From the moment we arrived we could not ask for a better experience. Check in was so easy, Brandon made it a breeze. The condo was so clean and well appointed, it had everything. The condo was so spacious and the decor was great. THE VIEW, Oh My what a view. Sitting on the balcony you felt like you were On the beach! We spent lots of time on that balcony when we were not actually down by the water. The Beach, what can I say...it was so beautiful. The pool was nice, there were several days that we had it to ourselves for a while. The master bedroom also had great views as it the an end unit so you have unobstructed views of the beach for great sunsets. The master closet and bath was so nice, loved having a walk in closet for all my things. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay. The provisional beach chairs, cooler, bag, & umbrellas were a great addition. Parking was just as you came off the elevator so it was so convenient. Across the street at Johns Pass was great, so many shops and the boardwalk had many restaurants to choose from. We highly recommend and we will be back! Thanks Brandon we really enjoyed our much needed Vacation at your condo.

Excellent place all around!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Such a great location as far as close proximity to plenty of shops, restaurants and more! We only took the car out 3 times the whole week. Condo was very clean and even nicer in person. Porch is huge and perfect for watching sunsets or having your coffee in the morning. Providing all the beach items was a plus too and made things even more convenient. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Just fabulous

Everything was wonderful, with the exception of the key in the lockbox. They really need a new system. With that being said, the place was in a perfect spot-directly across from John’s Pass. The patio doors off the bedroom and the living room were directly overlooking the ocean. All the necessary dishes, utensils etc in the kitchen. A few spices, but enough of what was needed. 4 rolls of toilet paper, a full roll of paper towels, washing machine pods, dish soap and plenty of towels. Lots of beach chairs (I think a total of 6), a beach umbrella, a cooler, a larger beach cooler, lots of beach towels and a small amount of toys. Plenty of hangers, which is always a plus cuz there never seems to be enough. There was not an ice maker on the fridge, but they had a container filled with ice cubes, and if you just continued to make ice, there were no problems. Owners were easy to get ahold of as needed and quick communication. Place was very clean and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing you beautiful place with us.

What more do yo(u need?

It doesn't get any better than what we found when we opened the door to the condo. A fully equipped kitchen greeted us, followed by the living/dining room and then the deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Exploring the bedrooms and baths we found that the master bedroom opened onto the deck as well. The unit was perfect for our needs. Brandon responded quickly, within five to ten minutes, to my questions, including dining recommendations for a special birthday. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. The weather was cooler than expected so we visited John's Pass Village, (directly across the street) for something warmer to wear in the evenings and also for dinners. Two of our favorites were The Pirates Pub & Grill and the Boardwalk Grill. We plan to return as often as possible, Thank you, Brandon.
