Top-floor apartment right in the heart of the Lagos Marina!

2 Bedroom unit on the top-floor in one of the Lagos Marina building complex.

The apartment comprises living room with dining area, balcony, equiped kitchen, service WC with standing shower, hallway and 2 bedrooms; a master bedroom with on-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a guest bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have a shared balcony, and both the apartments balconies face the lawned garden area and offer views of the boats and city.

The apartment is fully equiped with appliances, air-conditioning, sun loungers and has WIFI and cable TV.

The owners offer a year-round access-pass to the Marina Club pool. There are 4 access cards for the apartment.

The building does not have a lift, but communal areas and well lit and clean, and right next to the building there is a childrens playground, and a few select restaurants and bars. The bridge to the main downtown area is just 500 meters away past the main marina bars, restaurants and water attractions huts.

A perfect holiday apartment in a high-end location and very close to the beach, downtown and attractions!
