Beautiful, family friendly mobile home located in the heart of Snowdonia

A luxury 2 bedroom mobile home situated in the grounds of an old school in the heart of Snowdonia. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway.

Fully insulated with central heating and double glazing, ideal for summer or winter. Everything you need for a perfect holiday, including bed linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials are included in the price

The main bedroom has a king size bed, a TV/DVD player and ensuite toilet. The second bedroom can be set up with twin single beds or a double bed. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Bathroom with a walk in shower.

A fully equiped kitchen/diner with everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

The spacious lounge area has a leather three piece suite with electric reclining function. Patio doors opening on to a large veranda with outdoor furniture. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and board games.

A wide selection of maps, guide books and leaflets are available to help you to make the most of your stay.

Outside, there is a large secluded garden surrounded by mature trees. Two separate decked/paved areas with a wide range of garden furniture.

The property has spectacular views of Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. We are located in a peaceful rural location but only 10 minutes from the A55 expressway, Anglesey, and the towns of Bangor and Caernarfon. There is a wide selection of pubs/restaurants close by. One of Wales premier tourist attractions, Greenwood Forest Park, is within walking distance.

We are ideally located for all the attractions that the area has to offer - hill walking, sailing, horse riding, climbing, bike riding, paint balling, adventure sports, fabulous beaches and historic sites.

The area has become the premier UK location for adventure sports with Zipworld, Bounce Below, Tree Top Adventures, Anglesey Rib Rides, the National Outdoor Sailing Centre and the National Mountain Centre all within easy reach.

For the less energetic; there are the world famous Snowdon mountain railway, Welsh Highland Railway and the Ffestiniog railway, Portmeirion village, Bodnant Gardens, fabulous castles, national trust properties, great beaches and no less than 4 UNESCO world heritage sites.

Loved the place kevin is wonderful. The caravan was spotless, kitchen was well equiped, privacy could be a bit better but once you were in the garden it was fine.

My 15 year old daughter and i have just had the most fantastic week, staying here in beautiful North Wales. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and spotlessly clean.We could not have been happier.The hosts, Kevin and Annwen, were so welcoming and helpful, giving lots of useful information and advice about the local area and places of interest.The property is perfectly situated for so many places and lots of things to do within easy access. We filled our week with waterfalls, walks, castles, shops, beaches, train rides, NT gardens, craft fairs, mountain views and lakes - it was perfect!So much more we want to do and we would not hesitate to book here again.A lovely touch from the hosts was a thoughtful welcome basket on arrival, thank you We will miss saying good morning to Macwen (hope i’ve spelt that right) and the cats Thank you both for such a lovely holiday, we will be back.Louise & Zoe

Lovely static caravan. Very roomy inside decent size bathroom for a static. Main bedroom bed very comfortable, slept well. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy sofas. Nice outdoor seating areas. Great location 10 mins from Anglesey, Caernarfon and not far from Snowdonia. Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. Left us a very generous welcome package. Bread, eggs, butter, coffee, welsh cakes & wine. Supplied plenty of toilet rolls and washing up liquid something you dont see in all self catering accommodations. We'll miss Maggie their horse who was really friendly and loved eating the treats we gave her.Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely return. Thanks for having us.

Yep. I can confirm that all of the wonderful reviews are accurate. I can’t say that I found a single fault during my stay. The accommodation had everything and it was all in logical places too, which made a nice change. It was so relaxing for the family, with enough space for people to relax in different areas. And the garden was perfect for the boy and me to kick a football around every evening (annoyingly). Great recycling facilities too!The hosts were lovely and I enjoyed chatting to Kevin about my favourite things (pubs, music and football mainly). They even offered to drive us around when our car broke down.All in all, it was a pretty magical holiday in a beautiful area with so much contrast. We’ll most certainly be back (if they’ll have us).

A hidden gem...

If you're after some peace and quiet, this is the perfect hide away. Idyllic, is honestly the best word i could use to describe the location. The accommodation was also perfect. It was extremely clean and tidy. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. All bedding and towels were clean and fresh and all beds were made up, ready for our stay. Thank you Kevin, the perfect host.

Perfect, all good.

Family of four stayed for 4 nights. Shown around the caravan on arrival. Lovely welcome pack provided. Bedding, towels, and loads of other bits like tea included. Close to Caernarfon and zip world etc. would definitely book again.

Perfect place

We came for the Ultra Trail Snowdonia and it was a brilliant stay; we can only concur with all the 5-star reviews on here! Clean, comfortable, quiet, with all the amenities needed (including wifi) and for a decent price. Kevin&Annwen made us feel at home immediately, shared some good tips about the area and were always available when we needed anything. Thank you again!

Sensational stay

We had a sensational stay! Me, my husband and my father, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kevin was so helpful and friendly we really liked him, lovely guy! The caravan was beautiful, clean and comfortable, to a Very high standard. Fantastically situated by Snowdon, Anglesey and snowdonia national park. 10/10 stunning holiday destination. Beautiful Place to stay

Annwen & Kevin have been lovely hosts, everything we needed when we arrived, we loved the hamper takes the stress out off running to the shops with kids. The property is beautiful, lovely and warm, it had everything we needed other than a washing machine 😂. The area is stunning and very quiet. The views off the stars is superb. We will be returning this is definitely a place to a visit. Thank you again Annwen & Kevin it's been a pleasure.

Lovely relaxing break

My husband and I visited Wales for the first time and it didn't disappoint. We stayed at the mobile home sited in the garden of our hosts Kevin and Anwen. They were lovely people, very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful tips on what was on offer locally. The caravan was spotless, well equipped and very cosy. There were two outdoor seating areas to enjoy the beautiful gardens complete with mature trees. The area was very rural and peaceful but it was only a short car journey to Caernarfon, Bangor and Anglesey. We also had a wonderful view of Mount Snowden from the country churchyard just down the lane, where you could pick wild blackberries. We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay for anyone wanting a lovely peaceful break.

An absolute gem

Great location, wonderful freindly hosts. Caravan was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything you needed and more is provided. A true home from home. Lovely welcome pack was so handy too. Would highly recommend and im sure we will be back again!
