- all rooms are equipped with a 48' OLED Smart TV - and a 160m2 terrace
The terrace enjoys a splendid lake view and is equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor table, chairs and an umbrella. There is also a very comfortable laundry room (shared with the apartment on the first floor) consisting of a washing machine, a dryer and a tub for hand washing, a gas barbecue and a very comfortable shower to be able to cool off on the hottest days.

Best experience ever

From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable. The beautiful Lake Garda, the house, the gardens, the tasteful furnishings. Everything just fits. It was just relaxation from the first minute. In more than 30 years off traveling this was the best i ever saw. Andrea, the landlord is just a wonderful person. Nobody could serve his guests better than him. I can highly recommend the house and apartment to everyone. It doesn't get any better than this.

Sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtete Unterkunft mit umwerfendem Seeblick und großer Terrasse

Der Eigentümer Andrea ist sehr sympathisch, zuvorkommend und war für uns bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus liegt sehr schön gelegen im Ortsteil Fasano und fußläufig sehr nah an dem öffentlichen Badestrand. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr umfangreich ausgestattet (Küchenutensilien, Föhn, Handtücher, etc.). Eine sehr schöne und angenehme Überraschung war, dass Andrea uns bei der Ankunft schon einige Lebensmittel und Getränke in den Kühlschrank und auf die Kochinsel gestellt hatte - vielen Dank. Wir können das Haus sehr weitererempfehlen und bedanken uns noch einmal bei Andrea für die wunderschöne Woche in seinem Haus. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Urlaub in einerwunderbaren Atmosphäre

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet.. Der Ausblick auf den See ist ein Traum... Da will man gar nicht weg!! Die Terasse ist grossartig.. viel Platz und genügend Stühle und Liegen.. Und ein toller leichtbedienbarer Grilll ist vorhanden. Es war alles perfekt gereinigt, da lag nicht mal ein Blatt von den schönen Pflanzen auf dem Boden.. Und der Strand ist nur 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt.. Tolle Unterkunft ! Sehr netter Vermieter

Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch war problemlos möglich. Besonders haben wir die Klimatisierung bei 38 Grad in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Eingangsbereich genossen. Die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung war bestens. Den Aufenthalt auf der riesigen Terrasse mit dem tollen Webergrill haben wir (7 Personen) sehr genossen, Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und alles Gute.

Excellent apartment walking distance from Gardone Riviera centre

Lovely well equipped apartment, even nicer than we expected. Great lake views from the terrace, good undercover parking. Very helpful and responsive owner.
