Villa Schlosser Lake Front & Private Pool

Villa Schlosser is a historic residence located in the town of Malcesine on Lake Garda. Dating back to the 18th century, it was the home of the Counts of Brenzone until the year it was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Schlosser.

Over the years, the residence has undergone several transformations and was used primarily as a private home by the various families who lived there until 2023, when Sofia, the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Schlosser, along with her daughter Greta, decided to convert it into a guesthouse, welcoming tourists visiting Lake Garda from all over the world.

Perched on a cliff, the residence overlooks the Veronese shore of Lake Garda. Its absolutely exclusive location, the view of the lake, and its proximity—just a few minutes from the centre of Malcesine—make it one of a kind.

The villa is accessible directly from Via Lungolago in Malcesine and has two entrances. An electric gate opens onto the private parking area (maximum height 1.90 metres), which can accommodate up to three compact cars, and another gate with a pedestrian passage leads directly into the residence’s gardens.

The villa, which has a total interior area of 315 square metres spread over two floors comprising 11 rooms, features high-quality finishes such as marble and hardwood floors, antique wood ceilings, and is furnished with period pieces.

The main entrance of the residence leads directly into the beautiful, modern dining room, equipped with every amenity to enhance moments of togetherness and relaxation for guests.

Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms—one with an en-suite bathroom—and a bathroom with a shower.

Going up to the ground floor via a wide marble staircase, you’ll find the spacious living room with a view of the lake, furnished with sofas, a fireplace, and a TV.

The living room leads to the two bedrooms, the bathroom with a tub and shower, and the walk-in closet.

The garden surrounding the villa covers 1,500 square metres and is very well-maintained, consisting mostly of lawn. On the lake side of the garden and to the right of the villa is a panoramic terrace, covered when needed by a large umbrella, with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs; it is illuminated in the evening so you can enjoy the outdoor area even for dinner.

A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available.
The beach and the lake are just 10 metres from the villa and are easily accessible.
