Esta casa moderna tiene vistas al océano con vistas panorámicas de la isla Pinel y Tintamarre.
Esta villa es nueva en el mercado del alquiler vacacional (alquiler a partir de julio de 2016).

VILLA CARAÏBES acaba de ser renovado, presenta un diseño contemporáneo y es muy cómodo.
Su piscina segura, jardín tropical y vistas despejadas establecen inmediatamente el tono para unas vacaciones de ensueño.
Orient Beach (Saint Tropez del Caribe) con sus restaurantes, chiringuitos y una excelente vida nocturna está a solo 5 minutos en coche, al igual que Grand Case, famosa por la cocina francesa y local.

También muy cerca para su conveniencia es HOPE ESTATE, que tiene muchas tiendas, supermercados, una farmacia, bancos, un punto de cambio de divisas, delicatessen, etc.

Hermosos lugares de surf para windsurf, kite surf y otras actividades acuáticas están a su alcance, también a poca distancia en coche.

The Villa view, pool and rooms were just as pictured and made for a great time everyday. I like the fact that the patio furniture area was covered and gave a respite from the sun and any brief showers that appeared.The management staff was outstanding and very responsive to any question or issues. I would definitely rent there again and I have been coming to St. Martin, French side for on and off 10 years

Very Convenient Location

Enjoyed the proximity to Orient Beach, Grand Case and Pinel! Indoor and outdoor space was great. Kitchen ok, particularly for us since we only ate breakfast in. Too many good restaurants to miss for lunch and dinner!

10 Day Family Trip

Nice property in safe neighborhood with amazing view. Villa is fine, it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but only 2 toilets. The 2 smaller bedrooms have their own shower, but share the toilet. You definitely need a car to get around.

Fantastic family vacation!

This villa is exactly as pictured, and our family (teens 15 & 17) had a phenomenal time! From ease of check-in, to immediate assistance from Fred when needed, to checking out, an absolute 5 star vacation. The views are amazing - I would highly recommend binoculars to check out the super yachts as they pass by. The location of the villa is fantastic and super convenient. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for the awesome memories!

It was our annual girls trip - the house was perfect Spacious rooms, the view can’t be beaten Very private and quiet - we enjoyed the patio and private pool everyday The concierge service was so accommodating and patient with our questions. Pauline was quick to reply even helped our taxi to find the house Highly recommended and we will try to come back

This June was our second stay here and it was just perfect. You can’t beat the view, the pool, and the convenient location. Very spacious inside, clean and functional. We spent most of our time outdoors (it’s so private!) but inside all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and we got great sleep. The hosts are great and very easy to communicate with. This is now our go to villa in Saint Martin and we can’t wait to be back gain.

great location

House is on a nice, quiet street. Pauline was great with the checkin and answering our questions. Orient Beach was a 30 minute walk and Pinel Island 15 minutes. Both were great visits. Local bakery, grocery store and pizza restaurant were all short walks. View was excellent with morning sunrises over the ocean. We enjoyed eating on the deck every night. We were just two couples and house was big enough to be roomy for all. Would recommend and visit again.

Great Location!

This villa was perfect for our first time stay in St Martin! It’s on the French side and close to Orient Bay with lots of restaurants and shops. The entire island is easy to get around - we rented a Jeep and explored the entire island. The sliding doors on the villa give you great indoor/outdoor living space and the three bedrooms have AC which is great. Be sure to bring your adapters as we forgot but they provided two for us. Water on the island goes out at times. That happier ed to us but they have a tank on property and hooked us up to that so no issues. Overall excellent experience.

Needs fixing

The villa was as expected, with the exception of the pool. The pool was so infected, that we could not even see the bottom of the pool for a week. Also, including the amount of chlorine being regularly added for that week, in a attempt to correct the problem, insured that it was unsafe to use for a week. The problem was not chemical, but an in ineffective pump and filtration system, that was/is the cause, not rain or any other environment issue. This can/will occur, until the equipment problem is corrected. Even when the pool was not infected, a broken pool step, made it very difficult and unsafe for my wife to inter and exit for the one usable week. A kettle would have been nice, to use with our French press coffee maker. On a positive note, Pauline was very helpful and attentive. Fred & Rose.

Hello Fred, We are very sorry for this last minute technical problems!! Of course everything was be fixed and repaired and the pool is definitely blue ! Unfortunately, technical problems can sometimes happen but we are always very reactive for the comfort of our visitors. Une vue exceptionnelle

Belle maison bien située, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l’îlet Pinel. L’espace de vie est grand, la terrasse et la piscine très agréables. 3 chambres avec chacune leur douche. Bref, une maison agréable à vivre.

Jolie maison avec une vue incroyable !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette agréable maison avec une vue incroyable sur l'Ilet Pinel. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique et la piscine était la bienvenue pour nous rafraichir. L'échelle permettant d'y accéder aurait bien besoin d'être re-fixer mais cela n'a en rien gené notre séjour.

Belle villa avec vue magnifique

Dans l’ensemble, la villa est très bien et conforme à l’annonce. Cependant, la grande déception est la piscine qui est difficile d’accès, petite échelle pas bien fixée et peu sécuritaire. Un système de marche intégrée comme dans toutes les piscines serait grandement apprécié. Aussi , bon à savoir qu’il n’y a plus de soleil sur la piscine dès 16:00 l’après-midi.Les lits étaient durs pour nous, mais cela peut être une question de goût. Sinon, belle villa .

Belle villa au calme avec vue sur îlet pinel et de très beau lever de soleil. Concierge (Fred et Julie) au top ,très réactif et disponible. La villa est bien équipé et bien décoré.Parfait pour passer des vacances tranquille.Restaurant et commerce a quelques minutes du logement.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Great home base!

Villa was in great shape and a perfect space for our family of 6. Location is convenient to access the island with easy proximity to locations like Grand Case and Orient Bay. We basically used the Villa to sleep and enjoy easy mornings to start and plan our day. We were out every day by 11AM and not back most nights until 8PM or so as we were out exploring and enjoying all the beautiful beaches that St. Martin offers and restaurants/bars after a day at the beach! Supermarket, pharmacy, and awesome French bakery are within a 5-minute drive. The pool is small but works for a quick dip to cool off. The kitchen and outdoor grill are perfect if you want to stay in and cook dinners. Not really walking distance to anything, so best to have a car rental if you would like to get out and about. The area is quiet and gated, we didn't have any issues with water or electricity, and every amenity at the home worked well. A fun week of some island adventure with perfect weather!

Beach House with a View

Stayed here with my husband and 2 year old in May. The house is well kept and the perfect size for a small family with a pool and great outdoor seating. Location wise you are less than 10 minutes to Orient Beach, Grand Case and other beach options along with being very close to a good bakery and grocery store. Property manager is very responsive and even provided a crib for our stay. Only suggestion would be to add a fan in the main room to help with mosquitos this time of the year when it rains. Loved this house and St. Martin and will definitely return!

Amazing Stay!

This was the perfect location for my family of 4. The owners and property management team (Julie & Fred) are very responsive to all your needs and we’re so friendly. The pool could have been a little warmer, but there was unseasonably high winds the week we were there. Kids loved the pool regardless of the temp. The view is amazing and all the beaches nearby were perfect. Can’t wait to be back.

Great stay

We had a great stay and the property was in very good condition. The pictures should be updated to reflect the current furniture and bbq equipment, but everything was in good order. The unit is a little difficult to find the first time, which is not unusual for all properties in St Martin. Great two weeks!
