Grand Case condos

The location was excellent and the suite itself was very comfortable. A small kitchenette had everything we needed and was situated at full length sliding doors allowing for meals in open air with sea breeze and the sounds of the ocean. The beach was very nice including several small reefs right at waters edge full of different species of fish, fun snorkeling right at waters edge. Make sure that you have an umbrella though, there is no shade anywhere. Julia was a perfect host, very responsive and the price was very fair. A great time!

The Apartment was awesome. Great bed , awesome little kitchen. We were 5 minutes from the restaurant area , quiet part of the beach. We feel it is the best place in Grand Case.

A perfect place and location in Grand Case. Right on the beach. Easy walking distance to great restaurants in town, Loved the open kitchen area with the windows open is like an open-air balcony overlooking the water and lapping waves. Pierre’s place was exactly what we had hoped for when we booked…close to all the action in Grand Case but quiet and private. It had all the amenities we needed for a two week stay, including laundry facilities and outdoor shower. The option of spending time in a screen room (for rain or mosquitoes) or sitting outside in our tiny walled patio was lovely. All of the cafes, bars and restaurants were within a 2-10 minute walk. The beautiful public beach at Le Petit Plage was an easy 10 minute walk in the opposite direction but we often just swam in Grand Case Bay at the end of our lane. Pierre was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay and made our first visit to Saint Martin a special one. Merci!

We will absolutely recommend this Vrbo to our friends and family! What a perfect place to end our trip. Location is excellent and quiet, the beach is stunning, the place is beautiful and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved it! We would love to come back here. Highly recommend.

Our flight to St Martin was delayed and the car rental closed so we took a taxi to the apartment Thibault stayed in touch and directed our driver to the unit. The apartment is small, but perfect for a couple; step out the front porch and you are on the calm and lovely Grand Case beach. The best dining in St. Martin is just outside the door in Grand Case. Our host was wonderful. He lives next door and rented one of his cars for our stay at a very modest price and greeted us with fresh croissants for breakfast one morning. Thibault's son kindly drove us to the Marigot ferry when we left for Anguilla. Kind and wonderful host and small but lovely unit in the perfect location to enjoy St. Martin

Our family had a great stay, the condo was clean and steps away from the blue waters and beach.
