A stone's throw from the beautiful sandy beach Lagkouvardos and the small fish-village Marathopolis, this 4000 square meter seafront vacation apartments unit offer beautiful views and splendid sunsets over the Ionian open sea. A large front yard with an access to a secluded rocky beach make our small scale lodging ideal for families.
Our self-catering apartments located in a quiet sparsely-populated area in a purely natural environment near the protected lagoon of Gialova and the wonderful beach of Voidokoilia provide full privacy and tranquility. The sound of the sea lulls you day and night while the sea breeze makes the environment cooler in the summer.
The interior is decorated in a simple modern and colorful style, while the exterior is formed into a large yard with mini wild garden oasis, relaxing patio areas and lots of space for entertaining groups and family moments. Since our family lives nearby the apartments expect our 24 hour assistance with anything you might need during your stay.
We are looking forward to welcoming you in this amazing sea view, far from every day life and the loud city environment and to introducing you to the unique surroundings, the historical sites and the striking clear blue sea of southwest Peloponnese.

Très belle vue sur la mer

La résidence est très propre et bien tenue. Elle est conforme au descriptif et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer ainsi qu'un joli jardin avec des emplacements différents pour se reposer, jouer ou cuisiner. Marathopoli est un tout petit port calme où on peut profiter des restaurants en bord de mer. On peut aller faire ses courses à Gargaliani, à 5 km, village très vivant et authentique où il fait bon prendre une consommation sur la place de l'église. Beaucoup de sites à visiter dans la région: Methoni, Pylos, la plage de Voidokila.... Seul bémol: on peut déplorer le peu d'attention manifeste des autorités et de certaines personnes pour maintenir la propreté des chemins aux alentours (poubelles pleines, bouteilles plastiques,...). C'est fort dommage pour un endroit proche d'une zone protégée Natura 2000 (lagune de Gialova).

Mooi appartement met uitzicht op zee

Ontbijt op het terras met mooi uitzicht op mooi aangelegde gezamenlijke tuin en direct aan zee. Leuke zitjes en hangmat in tuin en elk appartement met buiten douche. Jammer dat je niet direct de zee in kon.

Hat uns gut gefallen Schade dass man da nicht direkt ins Meer gehen kann, aber das wussten wir vorher. Leider nur griechisches TV und das WiFi war auf unserer Terrasse leider auch meist nicht mehr da.

a relaxing holiday at the mediterranian sea.

We were positively surprised upon arrival at the villas of Esperides. The owner Athina and her daughter welcomed us and all along our vacation both were very friendly, openminded and helpful whenever we needed assistance or advice, The apartments and the exterior are exactly as shown at the Internet pages. The specific Arrangement of the 5 villas gives one the feeling of being all by yourself in this beautiful environment. We enjoyed the wonderful garden only meters away from the beach during our breakfasts at the porch and in the evening we admired the sunsets. In the little town of Marathopolis in 1km distance we spent the evenings until late at night with delicious seafood, local specialties and greek hospitality.In close vicinity are historic ancient places to visit and several small villages invite to be discovered during walkarounds and having coffee or drinks at the little bars. Sandy beaches some several km Long let us enjoy Swimming and sunbathing, one even with a Strandbar close by.Visiting Greece (mainland and Islands)since1993 we must state that this was one of our most enjoyable and Relaxing vacation in this year 2015. We will certainly return again. Thanks again to Athina and her Family.

Basic apartment at a stone throw from the sea

The apartment is pretty small, but clean and tidy. The kitchen could be modernized a with a bit more kitchen equipment. Contact with the owners was very pleasant and friendly. From beginning to end the communication was excellent. The area is great and we would definitely come back to stay a bit longer! A beautiful coast with amazing beaches. And this location is very handy to visit all kinds of interesting historical places, natural parks and nice towns in this part of the Peloponese.

Esperides- pekné apartmány v krásnom tichom prostredí, priamo pri mori, s ve?kou upravenou záhradou. Apartmány boli ve?mi pekné, vkusné, ?isté. Majitelia sú ve?mi milí, ústretoví ?udia. Nechýbalo nám vôbec ni?.Oddýchli sme si, navštívili sme blízke pamiatky, pláže, vodopády. Úžasná dovolenka, hlavne pre tých ?o h?adajú k?ud a oddych. Odporú?am!!!
