Vietri, a typical coastal town, is nicknamed "the first pearl" because it represents the gateway to the unique and unforgettable paradise of the Amalfi coast. This village, a World Heritage Site since 1997 along with the Amalfi Coast, is known worldwide for its ceramics whose production dates back to the 1600s. Its enamels and decorations contain all the colors of the Amalfi coast: the deep blue of the sea, the bright green of the Mediterranean vegetation and the golden orange of the citrus fruit.
