Affordable vacation getaway in South Gate Ocean Pines located minutes from Ocean City/MD. Quaint and cozy 3 bedrooms and 2 baths cottage. Ocean Downs Casino is 5 minutes away. Close to outlets and major shopping centers. Minimum 3 day stay in the summer .
Amenities include central air conditioning, coffee pot, microwave, sun room, 2 TVs, hair dryer, washer/dryer, deck, extra blankets, iron/ironing board, stereo, toaster, VCR/DVD. Tenants need to bring own shampoo, body soap, linens, and bath towels.

This is my third time renting this home from NU. Great location in a quiet section of Ocean Pines and a short driving distance to Ocean City and Assateaque Island. The home is neat and clean and as pictured. It meets all my needs for a getaway. Nu is a great host, providing good communication and directions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We really love Asseteague and ocean pines is a great location, 20 min from Asseteague. The area is quiet, children can ride bikes around safely and the house was clean and has a beautiful screened on porch.

Ocean Pines family beach trip.

This place was just what we were looking for. The only few things that we ran into was the master bedroom's ceiling fan didn't work and cable options are very limited.

Ocean Pines community has several pickleball courts and a pool. Restaurants are super close. The house was nice. Kitchen included everything we needed. Only downside was the queen bed. Mattress and pad

Quiet quaint neighborhood

We stayed in ocean pines to be close to our family who lives in the neighborhood, while still having our own dedicated space. The house was perfect for our needs, and it was a good fit for our young kids (no breakable decorations around, bathtub, comfy furniture). The very quiet streets were great for walks. We went to either assateague or ocean city every day for outings.

This was a great experience. Great communication. Nice clean home. Everything as described and picture. We in the area for Softball Nationals. We really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely consider it again next time. Highly recommend. Thanks again.

Place was nice convenient to ocean and boardwalk but the beds were very uncomfortable and sofa in living room was very low to floor hard to get out of. But nice rental suggest new mattresses.

Perfect vacation home in a great location!

This is our 2nd year staying at this property. We love that it is not in the middle of a tourist area, but close enough to easily drive to several beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. It is a quite and safe community with everything you need. The house itself is very clean and organized. We will be visiting again!
