Very poor AC. There is no proper air conditioning...

Very poor AC. There is no proper air conditioning in the apartment. It's an old-fashioned removable compact device that has more fan funkjson than air cooling. In case of outside temperature above 30 degrees, the apartment is almost not habitable - it is very very hot during the such nights.
