Notre appartement de 90 mÚtres carrés. Moderne et accueillant, il a été entiÚrement rénové. Situé en face de la plage libre de la promenade Regina Elena et des meilleurs établissements balnéaires de Ladispoli.
Composé de 2 chambres à coucher, salon avec canapé-lit, cuisine, salle de bains, grand couloir, placard avec machine à laver. 2 balcons.

Beautiful apartment on the water

It was just what we needed. Very spacious, great kitchen, lovely views of the beach and sea. Nice balcony and breezes even on a hot day. Very relaxing! Great proximity to Rome via train and the airport by car or train. Some loud music on weekend nights from the local establishments, but that was fine (end of May, might be seasonal). Overall highly recommend!

Very smart apartment

Lovely apartment with very comfortable beds and great views over the beach and the Thyrrhenean sea. Very well equipped for self catering and a communicative and helpful host. What more could you want! We'll be back!

Amazing apartment with views to match!

My son and I stayed here while visiting Rome. It provided the views we wanted away from the city life as well as easy transportation to/from Rome to explore the city with an easy walk to the train station. The apartment was clean and provided all the amenities we needed. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again if and when we come back to Italy. Barb / USA

Luxury apartment

Our second time in this lovely apartment which has everything you could want; views over the beach and people promenading just below you. Very handy for Rome with frequent trains. Massimo is a great host and responds promptly to any requests. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything.

Very pleasant stay

Loved the location and the view was incredible. There are a few things that could be improved upon such as providing salt, pepper and basic cooking oil and maybe a non-stick fry/cooking pan. The place was quite spacious and very solidly built which contributed to not hearing anything from adjoining units. The owners were very gracious and very quick to respond. Loved the boardwalk in front of the place that ran into town. Wish there had been bus transportation throughout the city to be able to do a deeper dive into the offerings of the city and even neighboring towns. Taxies were very expensive - train transportation was very reasonable. Less than $3 to get to Rome. It was very quiet and very little traffic on the street - of course it was off seasons and most beach establishments were closed - but we expected that. Thank you to Massimo in providing a comfortable place to call home for four days.

Ladispoli i Roma

Rom,und Vatikan mit dem Zug in 45min zu erreichen und das Meer vor der TĂŒr. FĂŒr uns perfekt. Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten und die Kontakt zu Massimo war angenehm. Empfehle die Unterkunft gerne weiter. Auch Party people dĂŒrften nicht zu kurz kommen, denn im Sommer dĂŒrfte am Strand Hocjstimmimmung sein!

Schöner Kurztrip

FĂŒr einen kleinen Kurztrip nach Rom empfehlenswert. Mit dem Zug, der halbstĂŒndlich fĂ€hrt, erreicht man Rom in ca 35 Minuten. Der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeber waren telefonisch immer erreichbar.

Tolles Appartement

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Appartement ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr groß, alles war sauber und die Lage direkt am Strand war klasse. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett, er war immer erreichbar und antwortet auf Fragen sofort. Wirklich sehr netter Kontakt. Die Lage des Appartements ist wirklich toll. Die Anbindung mit dem Zug nach Rom kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir können das Appartement auf jeden Fall empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

La mia bellissima vacanza

La casa Ăš davvero molto bella comoda funzionale in ogni sua cosa, molto pulita nuova e ben curata e in ogni dettaglio.. Non manca nulla di ciĂČ che occorre in vacanza.. È molto accogliente con una stupenda vista mare con dei tramonti spettacolari.. dove ci si rilassa al fresco... Vicino ci sono tutti i negozi di cui si ha bisogno Ăš molto centrale e davvero comoda stando di fronte al mare I proprietari sono davvero cortesi gentili e disponibili a cui mando un ringraziamento speciale ed un abbraccio Spero di tornare presto per la mia terza avanza da voi...

Super fijn schoon appartement op een fijne locatie direct bij het strand.

Met de verhuurder hadden we prettig contact, hij was goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Het appartement voldeed volgens de verwachtingen. In de buurt heb je genoeg plekken waar je lekker en goed kunt ontbijten, lunchen of dineren. Het strand is direct aan de overkant van de straat. Zonsondergang is prachtig vanaf het balkon.

Wonderful accomodation steps from the beach!

The apartment was lovely and our host very gracious and responsive. Made us feel right at home. The location was perfect- right across from the beach and everything from groceries to restaurants a few minutes away. Overall a great experience and we hope to stay at Massimo and Sylvia's again!

Die schönsten SonnenuntergÀnge

Wir waren 8 Tage ĂŒber Ostern mit zwei Kindern in der FeWo. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und zuverlĂ€ssig. Die FeWo liegt direkt am Strand. Der Ausblick ist umwerfend. Wir haben die FeWo als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr unsere RomausflĂŒge genutzt, was wirklich empfehlenswert ist. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche war okay eingerichtet, fĂŒr einfache Gerichte ausreichend. Am Strand war noch recht wenig Betrieb, jedoch hat es sich ĂŒber Ostern etwas gefĂŒllt. Es ist in jedem Fall etwas los am Strand, man ist mittendrin im italienischen Leben. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Schönes Apartment direkt am Meer

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Apartment ist gut gelegen, direkt am Meer. Es ist sauber - keine SelbstverstÀndlichkeit - und ruhig, jedenfalls in der Nachsaison. ParkplÀtze gibt es in der NÀhe. Von Ladispoli ist es eine halbe Stunde mit dem Zug nach Rom. Wenn man einen StÀdtetrip mit Strandurlaub verbinden will, ist es hier ideal. Silvia und Massimo sind vorbildliche Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, nur die Ruhe fehlt.

Die Wohnung liegt fast direkt am Strand, nur von einer Straße getrennt, im zweiten Stock eines normalen Wohnhauses mit 12 Wohnungen, die meisten wohl keine Ferienwohnungen. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr 2 Personen sehr groß mit richtig viel Platz und sehr viel Ablageplatz, nur in der KĂŒche kann man nicht viele Dinge (Lebensmittel) unterbringen. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter machen einen sehr netten Eindruck. Das Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Bett mit einer sehr guten Matraze. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist kleiner. Das Wohnzimmer (mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick aufs Meer) hat einen Fernseher, ein gemĂŒtliches Sofa und einen großen Tisch mit StĂŒhlen. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet mit Gasherd und großem KĂŒhlschrank, auch sehr sauber. Geschirr ist relativ wenig vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr schön. Das WLAN funktioniert am besten im Wohnzimmer, im Schlafzimmer fast nicht mehr, ist tagsĂŒber sehr schnell, aber abends extrem langsam. Es gibt zwei Balkone (ohne GestĂŒhl), die aber ĂŒber keinerlei Sonnenschutz verfĂŒgen. Das bedeutet, dass man ab dem frĂŒhen Nachmittag keinen Schatten mehr hat. Auch muss man dann alle RollĂ€den schließen, damit es in der Wohnung nicht zu warm wird. Man sitzt also den Nachmittag fast im Dunkeln. Leider hat uns die Ruhe gefehlt: Nachts muss man die Fenster geschlossen halten, weil sonst die GerĂ€usche von der Straße zu sehr stören (insbesondere am Wochenende), aber selbst mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es nicht sonderlich leise. Das Hauptproblem ist aber das sehr hellhörige Haus: SpĂ€testens ab 7:30 oder 8:00 hört man TĂŒrenschlagen, Hundegebell und GesprĂ€che im Treppenhaus, so dass ohne Ohrstöpsel das Schlafen fĂŒr empfindliche Personen nicht mehr möglich ist. Aus der Wohnung oben drĂŒber hört man das Kratzen der Stuhlbeine auf dem Fliesenboden, Staubsauger usw. Der Vermieter teilte uns mit, er hĂ€tte etwas gegen das Hundegebell unternehmen können, wenn wir ihm Bescheid gesagt hĂ€tten. Wir haben aber Zweifel, ob er die ca. 4-5 "nervösen" Hunde im Haus hĂ€tte beruhigen können. Die Wohnung selber wĂŒrden wir mit 5 Sternen bewerten, wegen der fehlenden Ruhe sind es dann insgesamt aber nur 4.
