Unique & restored traditional Karpathian cottage

Our traditional cottage is located in Larniotissa, 4 km from the center of PIgadia and 1 km from Larniotissa Church. It is surrounded by a vivid green forest and has spectacular sea view. Beyond Larniotissa church, following the road ( 1km no asphalt road) you will admire the green forest while reaching our cottage. There you can enjoy the calmness and tranquility of the green environment combined with the blue sea. Is appropriate for outdoor activities such as walking, running and hiking.

very nioce

The apartment is nicely renewed in old karpathian style, it is small but equipped with all you can need. The location is very quite but anyway 5 min. from the center of Pigadia. The owner was very nice and always ready to help you for every necessity.

Ein ganz besonders schöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartung. Das Cottage ist ein besonderer Ort, ein Kleinod. Die Gastgeber Familie ist über die Maßen nett und hat uns zum Beispiel mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen begrüßt. Auch standen sie uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ganz herzliche Menschen.

Das Haus ist sehr sehr ruhig am Ende einer schotterstrasse oberhalb der Stadt auf einen Berg mit blick auf die Berge und den Oliven Garten.wifi und Fernseher klima anlage,küchenuntensilien und Grundausstattung ist alles vorhanden.die Vermieter hatten und auch Marmelade und Wasser in Kühlschrank gestellt.2 süsse Doppelbetten und sehr hübsch und einfach eingerichtet.die Vermieter joanna und ihr griechischer Mann sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.mein Mann war krank und sie organiersierten einen Arzt und standen uns mit allem zu Seite.vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür! Sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich.die Stadt Ansicht ist hübsch mit kleinen Tavernen.ist gibt herrliche unzählige kleine Buchten überall um die Insel,abseits vom Massentourismus. Immer wieder kommen wir wieder,!

Une belle organisation (VRBO), un accueil et une grande gentillesse, un lieu remarquable, le calme, ... Notre séjour fut parfait. Juste un petit souci d'internet les premiers jours mais les propriétaires ont fait le maximum pour que la connexion soit améliorée. Pour le reste ... Quel bonheur !

Oasi di tranquillità

Bilocale composto da zona giorno con cucina (da noi mai utilizzata) in cui è presente il letto matrimoniale nella parte rialzata visibile nelle foto, cameretta con letto sempre rialzato, bagno (piccolo ma sufficiente). Appartamento spartano ma pulito, proprietari gentili e disponibili. E' presente solo un piccolo armadio nella cameretta. Il cortiletto esterno è fruibile soprattutto di sera in quanto all'ombra (al mattino batte il sole), è attrezzato con 4 poltroncine, due lettini e ombrellone. La posizione dell'appartamento è defilata, a circa 4km da Pigadia di cui 3km di strada asfaltata e 1km di strada bianca, è molto silenzioso e tranquillo ma non c'è nulla nei pressi, per qualsiasi esigenza bisogna andare in paese. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità e la possibilità di vedere il cielo stellato come non capitava da tempo. A mio avviso l'appartamento è adatto a max 3 persone, meno adatto a famiglie con bambini molto piccoli.

Nel giardino di ulivi a Panagia Larmiotissa una bianca dimora solitaria.

Già abbiamo nostalgia del nostro selvaggio soggiorno a Karpathos. L'isola è tutta da scoprire e specialmente a nord offre panorami di incomparabile bellezza. Il nostro piccolo cottage nell'uliveto è in una posizione tranquilla e solitaria tra la pineta è la scogliera. Joanna e Panaiote sono ospiti gentili e solleciti pronti anche a dare informazioni preziose e ... gustosi doni. Mentre lasciavamo il nostro suggestivo eremo sul mare una lacrima di rimpianto solcava i nostri visi abbronzati. Grazie Joanna. Grazie karpathos!

A lovely quiet cottage, away from it all.

We had a great stay in this charming little house. It is an old house, renovated with eye for old detail and obviously decorated with love. From the terrace you have a wonderful view at the sea and mountains. The surroundings are very quiet. At night the view of the sky full of stars is amazing, there are few lights nearby. The house has an AC, which is very welcome on hot days. The house stays quite cool due to the very thick walls and small windows, but if it is very hot and stays hot during the night, you will need the AC. The owners are very friendly and will do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine and a home baked cake, and later they provided us with olives and olive oil.
