Countryhouse at East Attiki coast

It is an wellmantained old relaxing country house with garden ,in use summer and winter ,that combines the beauties of the inland and of the seaside.There is a garden around the house which is built ten stairs from the ground.There is a comfortable living room, dinning room and a kitchen at the ground floor while a small bathroom is located outside the kitchen in the rear terrace.At the right side of the living room there is a corridor where is located the stairway to the upper floor.There are three bedrooms, an office room and a bathroom at the upper floor as well as a nice terrace overlooking the green of the area.
The neiborhood is quite soothing up to a hill 5min. to the seaside and the market by car.Guest can easily move on foot or by bike.
There is public transit with buses and train as well as easy access to highway Attiki Odos and subway network.
Guests can relax and ejoy the sea ,the sun, away from the noise of the city while at the same time can easily visit archeological points of interest at the center of Athens(20min.by car) like Akropolis,museums e.t.c,and wider region like Sounio,Temple of Artemis and many others.
The property is only 15 min.away from International Airport of Athens ,and about 30 min.from the Lavrio and Rafina ports by car ,for who desires to visit Aegean Sea islands.
