Lovely country house and Annex with 6 bedrooms and up to 11 guests (or 12 guests).
The house is deceptively large set in the rural green belt and country side yet minutes from close to towns like Bracknell, Ascot and Windsor and major attractions like Legoland, Windsor Castle, Heathrow airport, motorways such as M4,M3 M25 and M40.
Available for 11/12 guests, main house has 4 bedrooms that sleeps 7 plus annex which has 2 bedrooms comprising of a king bed and 2 singles plus a camp bed so will sleep 4/5,
Bikes are available, both adults and children’s bikes.
Easy drive to London & major IT parks in Reading & Bracknell.
This house is in a great location for both business visits and for holidays.
Very close to major tourist destinations such as Legoland, Lapland , Windsor, Ascot, Wentworth Golf Course, Henley to name a few..
Very near lots of business Parks in Bracknell plus Thames Valley Business and Green Park in Reading.
The house is also just a 5-10 minute drive from the brand new Bracknell Town Centre - The Lexicon.

The house has a superb garden for relaxing and playing for children and large entertaining area and catches the sun all day long for a really relaxing time.
Guests will be renting the main 4 bedroom, 3 reception house and conservatory set in mature private gardens around an outdoor heated pool including the annex with 2 bedrooms.
There are 2 x King Size beds in the main house, 1 x brand new double bed and 1 single bed.
An en-suite bathroom with bath and rainfall overhead shower off the main bedroom.
Plenty of open wardrobe space and chest of drawers in each room plus desks with chairs in all 4 rooms.
Downstairs is a large family room with 55" curved 4K brand new TV with access to 300 films on Apple TV and network drive. Leather sofas and chairs to seat 7 people.
There are also weights, step and mat if desired, plus Les Mills on demand app available in the ‘cinema’ room.
The middle room has 6 seater dinning table and a piano.
The 3rd reception room has a wood burner fire, has a sofas to seat 3 people and chair and desk to work at and large book shelf with a selection of books. This also doubles up as a cinema room with a projector that projects films onto the wall for a ‘cinema’ experience!’
There is a large conservatory with seating for 4 people and small selection of play equipment, bats, balls etc.
in the Annex, there is a private path and front door so the accommodation can be separate to the main House. Inside there is a reasonably large hallway with a downstairs bathroom with bath and overhead rainfall shower, there is a downstairs bedroom with two new single beds, wardrobe Chester drawers very new flatscreen TV and gaming console. There’s also a huge range of children’s toys and children’s books. Upstairs in the annex there is a good size kitchen with washing and tumble dryer plus fridge with small freezer oven and hob kettle toaster microwave plenty of storage space. There’s a breakfast bar for two and a good size dining table for four. Good size lounge with flatscreen TV and video player with hundreds of videos as well as all the usual streaming services such as Netflix for example fabulous views over the garden and swimming pool with incredible sunsets in the evening. There’s also a good size bedroom with a King bed and double wardrobes and chest of drawers. Outside the annex it has its own patio with a pub style table and benches and umbrella along with a huge outdoor connect for toy a batten ball swing ball plus a chest of outdoor toys such as aeroplanes, footballs, badminton rackets and shuttlecocks we have a badminton net we can put up. There’s also a permanent outdoor table tennis table and we have table tennis bats and ping-pong balls for that. So there’s plenty to do.!
There are lots of things outside for children a swings, in-ground trampoline, football goals, badminton net with rackets, table tennis table.
There are also 3 hammocks for guests to relax on under the trees.

Our home is located in Nuptown, Warfield, United Kingdom.
Nuptown is a small, safe, quiet hamlet with only few houses set in rolling countryside with nice walks, cycling paths and hacking for horses. We choose this place to live due to its unique relaxing environment and closeness to major I.T companies and London transports. The area is designated Green belt, meaning building is restricted which allows the area to maintain its delightful surroundings.
There are some well-regarded restaurants and gastropubs in the area including The Belvedere Arms in Sunninghill, Bluebells in Sunningdale, The Barn at Coworth Park and Michelin starred Royal Oak in Paley Street, the Fat Duck, Waterside Inn and Hinds Head in Bray, 10 minute drive.
Recreational facilities nearby include Saville Gardens, golf at Sunningdale, Wentworth, Swinley, Royal Berkshire and Mill Ride, polo at the Royal Berkshire Polo Club and Smith's Lawn and horse racing at Ascot and Windsor. Spa facilities may be found at The Berystede, Coworth Park and Penny Hill Park.
For the commuter, rail links to London (Paddington) are available from Ascot, Windsor & Eton Central (via Slough) and Maidenhead stations and to London (Waterloo) from Bracknell, Ascot and Windsor & Eton Riverside; Crossrail, the new high-speed service is due to begin running in 2019.
