Thank you for your review. We’re pleased you found the house tidy and clean. The Virgin box is placed as indicated in the apartment layout and should not affect use of the TV. Regarding the ensuite bathroom, while there is no door between the room and toilet, this is part of the design and does not impact the functionality of the space. The Property Management team and Property Owner are currently in discussions about the hole at the entrance, the backyard and the seating and are working on making improvements on this. The water leak marks have now been resolved - thank you however for brining these to our attention. Thank you too for letting us know about areas of cleanliness that can be improved - we have forwarded these onto the Property Management team and asked that they make the necessary improvements moving forwards.
