ATTIC Fulcignano - Galatone

Mansarda Fulcignano is a studio apartment on the second floor with an open terrace for exclusive use. It is an essential but comfortable accommodation point of reference for stays and holidays in Salento for 2 adults with 1-2 small children. The flexibility of use is open to every need with wi-fi / LAN connection, satellite system (excluding PAY-TV), smart TV with NETFLIX subscription, exercise bike, treadmill and bench with weight kit. On the terrace you can barbeque and always sunbathe freely.

Space
Attic Fulcignano is ideal for young couples with 1 maximum 2 small children. The sofa bed is of good quality and standard double sizes. It is suitable for dynamic use for holidays, work, study, etc. The air conditioning and imminent installation even if the room is still very ventilated despite the summer temperatures. In addition, the exclusive use washing machine is temporarily unavailable, but we will compensate for the one on the lower floor until it is restored. However, there are 2 laundromats in the village.

Access for guests
For guests there is convenient availability of parking on the street, but right under the parapet of the terrace, in correspondence with the studio apartment. Possibility of storing equipment, (canoe, small boats and mattresses, bikes, etc.)

Interaction with guests
On the first floor of the building, there are 2 inhabited apartments of which the one below in correspondence with the attic is mine. I will be at your complete disposal for every need, even if only of a pure tourist nature; on the other hand, I hope this is not a limit in making everyone feel comfortable. I host because I was hosted and I know that especially on holidays often even the times could be "very varied". So no worries and I invite my guests to healthy and pure fun during their stay in my house.

Neighborhood overview
Mansarda Fulcignano is located in the homonymous district which is a semi-peripheral area. Opposite enjoys a view of an area subject to historical landscape constraint due to the presence of the ruins of the "Fulcignano Castle". Instead at about 300mt is the Multipurpose Sports Center with athletics track, tennis courts and more; very popular with sportsmen until the evening, being also illuminated.

How to move
Galatone is easily reachable from Lecce in the direction of Gallipoli after about 20km. In the village it is possible to rent bikes, scooters, cars. It is also served by a bus with the main towns of Salento and the tourist line "Salento in Bus". Added to this is the availability of various operators offering shuttle service "from" and "to" the airport, discos, etc. Although not expressly contemplated, we remain available for further information.

Other things to keep in mind
The presence of animals is preferably small in size, mainly due to the livability especially of the interior spaces. It would be preferable to always advise so that we can meet every need in the best way.
