This apartment will appeal to guests seeking a quieter location, nestling just on the edge of Mortehoe village yet within easy reach of Woolacombe. An individual and select development of modern apartments, they offer contemporary and luxurious accommodation with a rural outlook towards the National Trust headland and sea glimpses from the front of the building.


With a few steps to each entrance, the apartments are located on the ground floor and this is a spacious apartment presented to the highest standard and offers a true chance to relax and leave your troubles behind. The owners take great care in providing a welcome so rarely found, with a luxury West Country hamper, bubbles for your glass and your bath, complete with soft fluffy bathrobes. The accommodation is open plan with a fantastic kitchen and dining area and a wide expanse of windows and a patio door at the far end of the living room that allows you to enjoy distant sea views and the most wonderful sunsets. At the rear, a private, enclosed and beautifully presented small, high-walled courtyard provides a perfect haven for al fresco drinks and barbecues on a warm summer’s evening. The double bedroom to the front is en-suite with distant views and the pretty rear twin is served by a separate bathroom.


Undeniably one of the prettiest and most sought-after villages in North Devon, Mortehoe has a post office, stores, delicatessen, restaurant, three pubs serving food, fishmongers plus fish and chip shop serving locally caught specialities. Access to the pathway leading down to Rockham Bay and Bull Point Lighthouse and coast path is yards from your doorstep, which gives access to some of the National Trust's most breathtaking walks.


Please note: The property is all on one level with a wet room, so suitable for disabled or elderly people.
