In one of the best locations in Woolacombe, directly opposite the renowned Barricane Beach, this extremely spacious apartment enjoys wonderful sea views and provides excellent facilities for the family. Stylishly presented, the light and bright living area features full width windows to take advantage of the vista.
This incredibly roomy apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this dramatic coastline. Enter via a rear entrance from the parking area to the third floor and a useful lift down to the ground floor, or use the front entrance which is directly off the Esplanade. This exceptional space has been cleverly designed to incorporate comfortable seating areas, a children's play area, dining area, modern fitted kitchen and quiet reading area. Head through the hall to the open-plan living/kitchen/dining area; you will find the children's play area, a Smart TV , internet radio (with pairing capability) and a Nintendo Wii games console with a variety of games. You have lots of room to work with in the kitchen, making mealtimes a cinch, and the dining table with sea views easily accommodates all guests. There are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms in addition to the family bathroom. The first bedroom is a king-size en-suite with a Smart TV/DVD, the second is a twin and the third is a zip-and-link twin which can be made into a super-king-size upon request. A large shared front terrace incorporates a private area, just for you. The terrace enjoys magnificent sea views and provides direct access to the esplanade. There is an outside secure storage facility for surfboards and beach equipment. With everything you could need right on the doorstep, this apartment is ideal for a fabulous family holiday.
You’ll be located only a short stroll from the sandy beach, shops, pubs and restaurants (all within 0.5 miles, although Barricane Beach is a lot closer). If you like to surf, you’re in luck as you’ll be located in the heart of the North Devon World Surfing Reserve which comprises the beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde (5 miles), Saunton (7.5 miles), and Lynmouth (21 miles). Even if you don’t want to get into the water, these destinations are great for a coastal walk or a mooch around some shops. Speaking of shopping, the pretty village of Braunton and the market town of Barnstaple are only 7 miles and 14.5 miles away respectively.
