This three-storey townhouse is resting in the village of Looe, near Liskeard, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Curlews Cottage is a delightful townhouse situated in the village of Looe in Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms; two double, and one twin, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside, you will also find a cloakroom, utility, and an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a real flame effect electric stove. To the outside, is parking for one car. Located in a characterful village and close to many attractions, Curlews Cottage is a fabulous retreat in a heart-warming part of England. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Allocated parking for one vehicle in the nearby seafront car park (1 min walk)
Please note: No dogs between 1st June and 30th September or 21st December and 4th January.
Amenities: Gas central heating throughout. Real flame effect electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Amazon prime package, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated parking for one vehicle in the nearby seafront car park, Important Note - Large Vehicles, Vans and sign written vehicles are not permitted in the seafront car park. (1 min walk). One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Beach 1 min walk. Note: Stairs are steep and turn, so therefore maybe unsuitable for those with mobility issues and guests bringing a baby. Note: This property has a £200 Good Housekeeping bond which is payable to the owner, the owner will be in touch in regards to payment.

Looe’s central point, Banjo Pier, can be reached from the quay and is convenient for looking across the bay to Looe Island, which can be walked to occasionally at very low tides. The sandy Looe beach adjoins the pier and is very popular with families. Children can make the most of the rock pool at Hannafore.
