The aspect of the house is delightful. Sipping coffee in the morning sun in the garden or in the lounge overlooking a 13th century church and village well is such a joy.
There are so many great places to hang out in the property that even if you are part of a large group, there are cosy areas to spend time, whether it's on the top floor in the pyjama lounge, the first floor landing with its comfy sofa and with a book from the book case or by the wood burning stove on the velvet armchairs in the ground floor reception room.
The games room is great for the children and for us adults alike for a game of pool, darts or trying your hand at table tennis.
Bathing in the free standing bath tub is such a joy, especially as the sun sets into the bathroom.
I love cooking and spending time in the kitchen at the property is a real pleasure. The sun sets into this room and is filled with golden sun at sunset. I love the stalls and breakfast bar so my friends can join me with a glass of wine while I'm cooking. There's a great flow from the kitchen to the lounge/diner and reception room so you can still be part of the hubbub of the house when cooking.
The swimming pool, games room, trampoline, badminton and swing ball offer endless fun for the kids giving Mums and Dads time to relax.
