Venice Rialto Penthouse with terrace and canal view wifi air conditioning

Magnificent penthouse (4th floor) of a building of few units, without elevator, completely renovated and with new style furniture, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Venetian roofs, from which you can admire the bell tower of S. Marco, where you can comfortably eat or sunbathe.
The apartment consists of: a spacious entrance that leads directly to the kitchen and terrace but also to the large living room with satellite TV and DVD and dining room which has a rectangular table for six people.
The two bedrooms are both doubles (one double the other with two single beds that can be joined) and are equipped with large wardrobes and from the windows you can admire the Venetian canal where gondolas pass daily
There are two bathrooms, one with shower, toilet, bidet, the other with the use of the toilet only.
The apartment has air conditioning and independent heating and wifi

Great property for our stay in Canneregio Venice. Great communication with Attilia and Orial the property contacts. This is a four story walk up which was fine for us but may be more difficult for some, especially with lots of luggage. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend the property. The views were wonderful, especially from the bedroom.

The "terrace" is a normal size balcony facing other houses, not the canals. The "canal view" is out of a bedroom window.The beds are not very sturdy or comfortable. The apartment needs many repairs and a deep cleaning.

The apartment had beautiful views of the canal, and was in a great location so that Venice was easily walkable from it. We had a great stay here. Perfect location as we caught the boat from the airport and it took us 10 minutes to walk from the water taxi stop. It took us 15 minutes to walk to St Mark’s Square from the apartment with lots of shops and restaurants on the way. We had everything we needed provided in the apartment and there are a few grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is located in a quiet area and well maintained, with the added bonus of a roof terrace. Our check in was excellent with the apartment manager, who gave us good advice on places to visit and places to eat during our stay. We were able to leave our luggage at the location for our last day, which was unexpected and very welcome. Highly recommended apartment.

Very nice apartment in lovely and quiet area with lots of nice restaurants and bars around. The place was very clean. The kitchen is small and would need some renovation! But we had a nice stay and can recommend the place. Communication with the owner and his assistant was perfect.

Lovely apartment. There are definitely a lot of stairs but it is well worth the climb- and it was wonderful to have a location that is far from the maddening crowds but still easy to get around the city. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the rooftops and we would highly recommend this apartment!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location. The communication on check-in was good and Orial was extremely helpful throughout. While all the stairs were challenging especially with luggage we understand that is just part of renting an apartment in Venice, and the canal views from the penthouse are worth it. Beautiful Top Floor Apartment

The place is beautiful and the owner can post better looking pictures of the apartment because the ones on VRBO do not do justice to the apartment. The location is less than 5 minutes walking from the most wonderful place to dine and shop and no more than 15 minutes walking from the Grand Canal Rialto bridge. There is also a grocery store around the corner (2 minutes walk) from the apartment. Perfect place for a Venice vacation.
